Hotel/Motel

Small, very clean and friendly hostel but no cooking privileges. However, delicious meals will be prepared for you for only $7! We were very impressed that they offered vegan cuisine. Has nice yard and places to sit outside. We also participated in a Zen Buddhist meditation, for which there is a peaceful meditation room! My sister and I enjoyed our stay very much - would highly recommend!

Wasn't aware of the credit card charging policy and was made to feel quite foolish for not knowing beforehand. There was some sort of club that blasted music until 2:30 in the morning. A bit worn around the edges but was fine if not for the above complaints.

No experience yet. Booked online for a future date. After it booked, the date was wrong (I tried to change it multiple times before putting the booking through). On the special request message, I clearly stated that the booking site kept changing the date and it was supposed to be the proper one. The reservation came up immediately with a "no refund" on the booking. I called the Inn immediately to verify that they got the correct date. No answer. Left a detailed message with a requested callback. No callback. Called again the day after. No answer. Specific detailed message AGAIN with a request to be called back. No callback. Then I looked at my credit card statement and there's a pending change for the room. I called immediately. No answer. Told them I will be disputing the charges with Visa and finding another place to stay. Beyond disgusted.

Our overall experience at the hotel was great, it was a busy weekend there as they had tournament teams staying at the hotel. Room was clean and the hotel in general was very tidy. Although we were not informed of the deposit being taken prior to arrival it did work out, I would notify guests in the future that a full nights deposit is taken the day before arrival. All in all a decent visit and we would stay here again when we are in town.

Location is awesome easy to get every where however you cant have a weak stomach. Its is east hastings. You will see drug use...passed out homeless people...tents.. the staff is great. Restaurant downstairs great. The rooms are small but you get what you pay for... great place to rest your head on a budget.

Not the worst SRO but still an SRO

Lovely B&B in the heart of West Vancouver. Excellent service, and we enjoyed the balcony in Mulberry Peak.

Room was clean, beds were comfy. Even though there was construction happening, it was very very quiet. Secure Underground Parking was a plus as we had a full car load of things and we didn't have to unpack the whole car and lug it all the way up to our room. I would recommend

For what we paid, we weren't expecting much but were pleasantly surprised. We arrived rather late at night after driving down from the Cariboo and were greeted with a smile. It was myself and my hubby, another couple and our small-ish dog. The room we were in was perfect for us, including two rooms and a kitchen. TV/internet was good. Was super quiet, didn't hear any people in the rooms next door. We will absolutely stay again!

Solid rooms. Good location. Affordable for Vancouver near city. Walked and took mass transit easily from here.

Hotel was very clean. Beds were comfortable. Staff friendly and helpful. Hotel was quiet. Breakfast had all the basics.

Our stay was very comfortable, and we were lucky enough to get a room far from the shared bathrooms, not a lot of foot traffic. The hotel in general was set up really nicely, our room and the shared facilities were beautiful and newly renovated. Each There was a sink, plenty of towels, soap and lotion, TV, all the amenities you'd seek from a nice hotel. Extremely friendly and caring staff. Our only qualms were our assumption that two people could fit into a "double" room. It's definitely not a European double, but instead much more suitable for one person!

BEWARE! Booked a room here for this week for 5 nights. Room does not provide a safe for you to use so we decided to stash some money is our suitcase instead of keeping it all on person. On our second to last day we left for a half day tour and later on discovered some money on top of our suitcase (out of place from where it was left) and that stash in the pocket was missing our only 100 dollar bill and a couple 20s. As if someone has quickly grabbed the money and ran but wasnt able to grab it all in a hurry and dropped some. The entire length of our stay we left the door not disturb sign on our door with the assumption no one would enter the room. We tossed the entire room 3 times and did not find the missing cash and then decided to inform the front desk. We left and 3 hours later came back and asked if a manager had been told and the front desk said they needed a few more hours cause they needed to see who worked, check cameras, etc. Shortly after our room was called by the manager and we met him downstairs where he said that he checked the key scanners and there was no recording from the scanner that someone came in to our room. We told him someone definitely entered the room because the cash was 100% left in the room. He said no one has had it happen there before and that he would check cameras that are very sensitive. Called us back within an hour and said that no one entered the room. We want to give the benefit of a doubt but the fact of the matter is that we have missing money and we know it was there. The situation seemed brushed off since we were being polite and not enraged like maybe some people would be in this situation. But we know something isn't right and things arent adding up, so buyer beware.

Lovely location. Great rooms. We had a king bed and a pull out sofa - Queen size. Sleeps 4. Parking was 35 CAD. Right below the hotel. Rooms were clean and spacious. Mattress was great and helps you refresh over a night sleep. Easy check-in and check-out

Best price for the city I could find. Shared a bathroom with the room next to us which wasn't too bad. Good location and I would definitely stay there again.

Absolutely amazing hotel for the price. I had a mini suite. It had a living room area with a couch, table, and TV. It had a kitchenette, a separate bedroom and bathroom. The bedroom also had a TV. The courtyard is beautiful with the fountain and seating. There are two corner stores right next to the hotel in case you need some drinks or snacks. And it’s perfectly located if you’re visiting, no downtown van traffic, close to the central areas of north and west van, and lonsdale.
