Overnight stay while visiting relatives. Easy to find, efficient and friendly staff, quiet and clean rooms with comfortable beds. Breakfast menu had a good choice and was ample. Staff were extremely helpful in finding and returning one of our cell phones that had been accidentally dropped in the restaurant.

The room was spectacular - very clean, everything new, well designed and well thought out. It seemed like they didn't sacrifice quality on anything. Service was also remarkable, with staff going above and beyond to make you as comfortable as possible. I'd stay here again if visiting Vancouver.

It's a nice and convenient and welcoming house. Everything is very good about it. The breakfast is great and customized for you. It feels safe and welcoming. Conveniently located close to most stores and facilities. Wish they had one more bathroom for the guests rather than 1 shared between 4 or 5 rooms. Otherwise, loved EVERYTHING else about it.

This is really a nice hotel to stay in Vancouver if you are on a business trip or leisure. The stay is like home especially in the 1 bedroom suite. The suite is spacious with free WiFi and parking. All the shops are nearby. Very near to Capillano suspension bridge, Lynn Canyon, Grouse mountain and Stanley Park.

Set up like a boarding house, shared bathroom (knew ahead) but this was a tiny shower, mildew on the shower curtain, minimal toiletries, unfinished walls. Breakfast set up with bottles of jams to scoop from, a block of butter still in foil with crumbs from previous guests, a basket of hard boiled eggs and a choice of bagels. I requested tea and was provided with a single tea bag given to me by hand(!) and then had to request hot water which ran out leaving me with a half a cup. The milk had run out and I stood around waiting for someone to ask. A room leading from the "dining room" was home to two cats, one of which had soiled the floor. The lady who took the cat outside was the same person who provided me with a teabag by hand. Outdoor eating only surrounded by heavy smokers. There was no key to lock the front door so it was left permanently open. The room was on the third floor (stairs only) and it was extremely hot. My view was of a construction site. Met a lady who had arrived from the UK the day before who was absolutely horrified, stating that she hoped this did not represent all B and B's in Canada.

Perfect location as the hotel is only 3 blocks from the ship terminal. The rooms are extra small...the rates are high for such budget accommodations, but location is perfect. Definitely temper your expectations!

Helpful and friendly staff, clean room, free parking, quiet place. A little cold though. Hallways look old (made of steel). Smoke signs are everywhere, still there are always people smoke cigarette/etc. down the stairs. Free WiFi, TV, private washroom in the room, Fridge.

Quaint, tidy, good service. Shared bathroom, not a problem at all. Would book a room here again. Walking distance to many great attractions in downtown Vancouver.

Very great hotel. Staff is helpful, rooms clean, close to everything and usually not super expensive. I'm clearly coming back to this hotel next time I am in town!

A fantastic delight of décor and service

Bed was really comfortable! Shuttle service is slow because the bus goes to three hotels. The hotel does not disclose this inconvenience to guests.

Great price and environment--feels really European. The hotel isn't the best quality, but it's definitely worth the price for the environment and location. It's in walking distance to most things that downtown has to offer.

I have been to this Accent Inn for three time. The first time was a disappointment, As the room doesn't look half decent, got some "old" smell in it, and the house keeping wasn't doing a good job either. This time we had to pick this Inn again as this trip was a short notice and all other reasonable prices Inn/hotal were all sold out. This time, it gave me an much better impression. The washroom has just been reconditioned. The smell is kind of gone now. The house keeper seems doing a much better job now. All these are why I am giving this Inn a 4 star now.

Rooms and beds were comfortable and clean. Breakfast and drink vouchers were provided with the room. Best of all it is right in the heart of the bar/club area of the city.

Staff were very courteous and helpful. While on a visit to one of their guests I had left my wallet in their room and they were very helpful in letting me back into the room after the guest had already checked out. I got my wallet back!

A poorly run and managed S.R.O. hotel on Vancouver's once thriving entertainment strip that is filled with those not so fortunate souls.

Just staying in Vancouver for a night, but there was a problem with our original hotel booking. These guys did us a solid and got me and my group into our room right away, and at a better rate than our original hotel. Room is spacious, includes a balcony. 5/5 would recommend.

Awesome customer service! I needed their cart for moving my luggages and they were very helpful with everything!
