Friendly staff. Clean rooms. Great stay

Clean and well maintained. Service was very good in the Westerly Restaurant for both Breakfast and Dinners. Room was clean and comfortable and all amenities worked as they should. Only downside was parking on the "Ground Level" for oversized vehicles was limited in the front lot and that "Back Lot" left a lot to be desired. If you are in a vehicle under 6'10", the underground parking is perfect. I will not hesitate to stay again or to recommend.

DO NOT BOOK HERE. I live in powell river, and called the hotel earlier before leaving. The woman on the phone assured me that I would not need a credit card and that my debit car would be fine. Under the word of the owners employee I took the ferry over. Once arriving, the owner refused to let me check in and said I would need a credit card. He left me stranded in a town I don't know with no vehicle or idea where to go, regardless of what his employee assured me over the phone. Worst customer service and ownership I've ever dealt with. He was also extremely rude, and when I got upset with how he was treating me, told me to get off his property.

Unpleasant atmosphere and not very clean, I would not stay here again. Felt very unwelcome.

Great price with a group of 6 worked out to $189 for 3 nights each 10/10 would do again for that price and would recommend to anyone.

One of my fav spots to frequent when I visit Cumberland. Good people, service and karaoke

Super friendly receptionist and staff, decent room rates, free wi fi, free steam room, free dryer usage, free coffee and tea available 24hrs a day. Only about 1.5 hrs from Stratchcona Provincial Park. Great little hiking trail along the beach that is walking distance from the hotel, with a fantastic restaurant on the way to the trail. Had an excellent, unplanned stay in this area thanks to this hotel.

Great stay with a great view. Staff were very helpful and even put some board games on our deck for us while we out for dinner.

place is a joke they ask for a 100 deposit an say they give it all back but yet check my account an only got back 40 back.. So I ask for a late check out due to my husband working until 3 an we only have one vehicle an our son is sick with a lung viral infection so I offered to pay extra or to use wat they owe us back from the 100 an was told no.. Also if you don't want your sheets dirty then maybe you should shampoo your carpets more often then people feet wouldn't turn black and get your sheets dirty.. Also you would think since you got people staying here weekly or living here you would take some of that money and invest in new sheets and towels what motels and hotels usually do if there that low on stuff..

Decent motel with cute, cozy rooms. Has a full kitchen, the bathroom is nice, and the TV is a good size (although you can't really watch it from bed). The only way to get in the room is through a sliding glass door (patio style), which is a bit strange, but fine enough. The woman at the front desk is very nice and friendly. Apparently there's a nice beach beside the motel, but I didn't check it out. My only complaint was the WiFi didn't work, which was really annoying, especially since I also wasn't getting good cell phone reception in my room.

We really enjoyed our stay in the kings suite. The room was cozy and well appointed; every detail was thought of. Fantastic view from the window, great pool and hot tub.

This motel is on the older side but well maintained. The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. We stayed 3 nights and while the maids were attentive, they were never intrusive. Very reasonable rates. I would stay there again in a heartbeat. Great coffee bar across the street. Beautiful ocean view.
