Very friendly staff, very clean and comfortable rooms and beds. Great location and an amazing free breakfast of everything from cereal to self made waffles, bacon scrambled eggs. We are traveling with our dog and had no problems. There is a surcharge for pets. We will stay here again.

The Hotel Here Has 7 Floors, Rooms Were Super Clean, The Food At The Restaurant Is Excellent And Has An Excellent View Of The Ocean, The Hotel Is Pet Friendly As Well! I Recommend Staying Here If You're Spending A Couple Of Days In Campbell River

Booked direct and got a price break! Rooms very clean and manager/owner was very helpful and pleasant. Views from the balcony included three cruise ships passing by for evening entertainment. Great spot to relax after a long drive. Highly recommend.

The Passage View offers excellent value during high season on the island. Our ground floor room opened up to a lovely view of the bay, with a walk out shared patio. The patio includes a BBQ and there are stairs leading down to a beautiful rocky beach - my husband and I enjoyed listening to the gentle waves in the evening before tucking in to the cozy bed. Everything was clean, the on-suite kitchenette has a good assortment of useful items (plus an electric stove top), and the owners are lovely (we met a daughter + mother team at the front desk). We also really enjoyed meeting Gracie the cat and Coda the dog!! They offer pet friendly rooms, as well as a complimentary light breakfast (yogurt, cereal, mini muffins). I especially enjoyed the abundance of flowers on the property - such a great way to add gentle fragrance and a splash of color! Only downside for some is that the rooms are not air conditioned - something to be aware of if you are sensitive to heat. It did not bother us though. Definitely a high end experience for this price range - would recommend to other travelers!

We had a lovely visit starting with Adam checking us in to Fernanda helping answer some of our questions at the front desk. Adam suggested seeing the suspension bridge and after our hike and exciting walk across the bridge to a view of the beautiful water fall in at Elk Falls Provincial Park we returned to the Hotel for a dip in the pool and a soak in the hot tub. Breakfast the next morning was a cornucopia of choices and we had a quick chat with some other guests who were up from the Oregon area. Overall a wonderful, relaxing get-a-way. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone waiting a stay in a pristine, friendly environment. This is a beautiful hotel but the staff are the ones who make it a great place to stay.

New, modern facility with comfortable large rooms, pool and hot tub, beautiful grounds, super friendly staff and conveniently located along the waterfront in the middle of the shopping district. Highly recommend

I don't write negative reviews, but I didn't feel safe going into this place for work. I am happy that everyone has a place to sleep as everyone no matter whats going on should have a warm bed. As far as family hotel I wouldn't recommend.

This place is amazing. The fishing was unreal. Keith did a great job guiding us to the Chinooks. We took 5 home in 4 hours

Rooms were clean, great water pressure in the shower, solid AC, backyard area was right on the water and very enjoyable to sit out in. Would recommend.

Room was clean and comfortable with its own hot water tank. Hotel has very basic amenities with a simple continental breakfast included. Nice and quiet grounds on the north end of Campbell River with a few BBQs available for guest use.

Best place I have stayed. Faith and Frank will go out of there way to make you feel at home. Big r.v. lots, as well as tents cabins and rooms. Well stocked and fair priced grocery and beer/wine/spirits. Must stay for any traveller or guest of the area.
