I've been with TFM for about 7 years now and its been great. In that time I have had had to make a few claims and the guys have walked me through the process, made sure i was receiving the best value and never made me fear an increase in rates. Having an insurer that you can call directly and who is looking out for you makes a big difference. Thanks Kevin and team. Chris

Something that is really unique about Tri-County insurance....is that they are about the community. Any community event that I attend, I see that they are involved in some shape, way or form. That's pretty impressive! On top of that, I see them sponsoring local community centres & rinks. One weekend I'm at a community event in the Port Dover park, and the next I'm lacing up in Hagersville and notice they are supporters once again! It's nice to have an insurance company that actually cares about the community its serving. Something to really think about before choosing where you want to go! Fantastic staff, always friendly and they are all about having your best interest.

Absolutely not willing to accommodate you. I called to see if I can get a quote as they came referred to by my sister and since I don't live in Tillsonburg, I was asked why I could not use a broker that was closer to my address.. As well as not very helpful unless it came with an excuse as to why she could not get me the information that I was requesting!! She was the only one in the office so she could not help me today. Very high rate payments as well... NOT DOING BUSINESS EVER WITH THEM

Morison Insurance has the best customer service!

I do not recommend using this company for insurance needs. While their pricing is attractive they will do whatever it takes not to pay your claim if you ever need to make one. As a very long term customer with no claims, I was shocked and disappointed to find out I've been wasting my money paying for coverage. And the kicker, if I'd like to take my business elsewhere I will have to pay cancellation fees.
