I have been with belairdirect for a few years now and I have been happy with their services up until about a month ago. My family and I moved from Bowmanville Ontario to Oshawa Ontario, 2 towns over from Bowmanville. Belaidirect raised my insurance as expected since I was moving to a larger city, BUT it was raised $35 a month. Not only was my insurance raised drastically, but my mothers insurance (she is also with belairdirect) lowered. When we confronted belairdirect about the price difference for two people with the same company who live in the same home, they simply could not answer our questions as to why my mothers insurance went down and mine went up. Belairdirect was no help, they could not back up their reasoning's as to why my insurance was raised so high and why my mothers had gone down when mine went up. Very disappointed in the customer service.

Called for a quote on my home and automobile insurance. Person on the phone was very helpful and patient as I gathered all my info. Got back to me with an awesome quote! I would definitely recommend Oracle!

The employees are unreachable at all - after three days leaving voice mails no one get back - when left a message to manager I got a call stating that why you are complaining. Very poor service.

Mujib (Manny) Khokhar from Aaxel Insurance Brokers Ltd. Who is fraud person who needs to be stopped he is a insurance fraud beware of him and report him to the local police he claims that he can help you build your credit with getting you loan's and screw me up with high interest rates of loans and force you give him money with his threats and blackmail. I am going to sue him in small claim court very soon and his crew members after all the support I have received from and family and friends advice memail to go collect all the money for the damages he donwas he's a sick person. If you don't believe this written review email me and I am willing to provide you proof with all the fraudulent information he created the truth must be spoken and he's the correct person not the wrong person inform RIBO the licensing insurance company and his employer he's brain is mentally ill and always thinking about ways to scam the public!!
