People that care and never mind the commercials you see wishing for someone to show up out of thin air, just call the great people at Gray Rock Insurance and they help you with your insutance needs! Great people taking care of important matters!

Wow. What a joke! Im fully insured with 3000$ rental coverage in case of loss or damage to my vehicle and now after they issue me the cheque 3 weeks after the accident the insurance is saying they stopped covering me as of the day the cheque was issued. Even if I did not receive it yet! They have me rent a car from enterprise and they won't call enterprise back to deal with the bill! Now enterprise is saying they will call the police and report the car stolen if it's not in their lot by 5pm. The insurance company is committing fraud by saying I am covered and not covering me!!!! This is ridiculous. Obviously they haven't been sued before. But they will now! This better get fixed! Beware people stay away from these crooks!!!

What the hell is the suite number? Forms were returned because I didn't include it. Can't get a hold of anyone!

Worst insurance company. Horrible craftsmanship, they reuse old parts and charge brand new. Terrible customer service

Garbage company they sue a woman whos husband set her on fire which damaged the house refuse her claim then try to sue for legal fees disgusting company you can find the story on CBC NEWS

8 calls a week from these people, I dont even know how they got my number.

I have great prices with Economical and have had a claim and they took care of me flawlessly. Great company.

These insurance people really know their job. They put their time, skills and market experience to find whatever option fitting your needs. Newcomers to Canada welcome. Don't get sunk by your first quote.

If I could give minus stars I would in a heartbeat. The absolute worst customer service ever. They never answer their phones and when they do you’re on hold for over an hour. So bad the it took over 12 days for a response and I had to go with another insurance company for subsidiary insurance. The manager Dean Shouldn’t be a manager for a lemonade stand much less a international company. They don’t follow protocols or rules at all, when you ask for a recording of a horrible call you had with them, they didn’t record it. Every time I’ve tried to communicate with them it’s like communicate with a brick wall, but the wall is more responsive. Even their head quarters doesn’t take complaints seriously.

After 6 years I decided to switch from this office and I'm saving $130 a month. They are scammers.
