Insurance Companies

Terrible customer service. Went in for a quote for 3 cars, atv, house and a camper trailer. Didn't even get past reception. If your going in for a quote, whatever you do don't bug the receptionist, she's far too busy and important to talk to walk-in customers.

Fantastic company offering competitive premiums for life insurance, health insurance, accident insurance and critical care/cancer insurance. Products are unique to the insurance industry and provide a superior benefit for cost effective premiums compared to other agencies.

Always excellent service from McDougall Insurance Trenton.

My broker (whom I will not name) is never in the office and NEVER calls me back. I have called 12 times in 3 weeks and nothing. Going to have to drive to the office (25min away) to get an answer to a simple question. I'm done and will be switching companies A.S.A.P. Terrible way to treat long standing clients.

Awful service, terrible rates, money hungry and greedy. Avoid at all costs.

Been with Bay of Quinte for yrs and never had a claim. When my barn roof blew off two weeks ago I thought I could rely on them to help me. NOT, all I got was a bunch of bullshit. They are more worried about the bottom line and shareholders then they were about my barn. I will be looking for another Insurance company when my term is up.

I was with this company for 16 years for my car insurance. When I called them to get house insurance they quoted me $1200. This is double the amount of any other company that I called and had zero history with. I called back twice just to see if I got someone new, I talked to the manager and was quoted $1100 and told this was normal. Well it's not normal because I now pay $630 for both my car and house insurance less than half the price of Allstate Brampton. They pretty much tried to rip me off, just to see if I would take the bait. I can't do business with people that I don't trust and I don't trust this business and I hope warning other people to stay away will help someone else.
