These folks are good people. They are good at their job, they are friendly and helpful. I can't really say enough how much I appreciate their service. I was with a big discount insurance company and was treated pretty badly - would be hard to be treated more like a number and less like a human. Switched to cooperators and was treated fantastic - I mean, they really went above and beyond - and I ended up saving me money, which kind of shocked me. I'm a happy camper.

Our experience with Cindy Gowling at the Wellesley branch has been superb, right from the time we signed up with Josslin Insurance 8 or 9 years ago. Our most recent experience was with the homeowner insurance which had not wanted to pay for some flooding damage to our carpeting. Cindy went to bat for us, which really wasn't her responsibility, and the insurance company came through, covering the total cost of having our carpeting replaced. Thanks, Cindy!!
