Kitchens/Bathrooms

Worked with Epiphany Kitchens from start to finish in a three year process of building a brand new home. Raffi, Jay, and Tony couldn't have been better to work with. Our kitchen is the heart and soul of our household and the end results truly display this. It is absolutely state of the art and incorporated all that we hoped for and more. Raffi assisted in the selection process of everything from appliances, hardware, sinks, counter tops, backsplash, lighting, hardware as well as our beautiful Amish cabinetry. He designed and helped in selections of everything for three bathrooms.....all of which are stunning. We cannot imagine having done this project without Epiphany Kitchens. They were incredibly easy to work with, accessible to us day and night, responded to our phone calls, text messages, emails promptly. We developed an incredible relationship with all of them and recommend them with great enthusiasm!!

We purchased our cabinets from West Kitchen and Bath Company and we love the quality. Our designer did a great job helping us accomplish our goal of a functional plan that meets our style. We had their parent company West Construction install the cabinets and they did a good job as well.

Just had Arts make 2 custom counter tops for us and they turned out awesome! We accidentally damaged one (our fault, not theirs), and had to have it remade. Art's remade it quickly and for much less than I thought they would charge us. I would happily recommend them.

I’m not sure about the work done by this company, but today I parked in their empty parking lot at the corner of Peppler and Bridgeport in Waterloo, thinking no harm because all businesses were closed. Instead of asking me to leave or not to park there anymore, the president, Robert J. Fleming, proceeded to block me in with his car for 45 minutes. He refused to let me leave. I called the police, but canceled the call when he finally let me out. I was the only car in the lot. I guess you can decide for yourself if you’d like to deal with this man.

John and Dimitri was very professional and friendly.

Amazingly helpful staff member. They didn't have what I needed in stock nor was it in stock at another of their stores, so he did an online search and found it for me at Target! Now THAT'S customer service!

While still extremely unimpressed by my first impression of the customer service upon arriving at this location, the actual bath/shower installation was executed extremely well with kind and friendly workers.

We are extremely pleased with and proud of our new kitchen! They are very knowledgeable and helpful and very patient. The work was done on time and with care and quality Could not ask for a better company to do business with. A little more money but quality is priceless!

Dave is wonderful to work with. Makes building a good experience and would recommend him highly to all.

Great company. Awesome workmanship. Extremely pleased with our basement counter, wet bar, and bathroom vanity. This project was the second time we used this company. Highly recommend Super Stone.

I have worked with them many times of the past few decades. I have never been disappointed. Their knowledge and craftsmanship are second to none. They are friendly and professional in all aspects of my dealings with them.

Very disappointed in scheduling and the workers showing up on time. We hired them a few years back to do a bathroom remodel and it was great. Now we went back for a smaller job and they really had little interest in doing the job or scheduling it. I am not sure what has changed there, but it is very disappointing.

Precioso showroom y muy amables. Me vinieron a atender segun entre en la tienda y me dieron muchas ideas para mi nueva cocina.

Great Service - friendly people. Good value!
