Maison Design + Build is an absolute delight to work with. Recently my fiancee and I were looking at going with a Custom Built Home. After talking to several builders, and after many more meetings, we met Andrew who showed us Maison's Show Home in Brighton. This particular show home was about a 95% match to what we were looking for with a floor plan, high end customizations, and features. After a couple of brief meetings we were sold. We moved in to our new home this December. Maison went above and beyond with preparing the home, expediting our possession date, and adding in a few final details to meet our needs. When it comes to quality and customer service they have my #1 recommendation.

We built a home with a SRHBA member after meeting the builder at the Home Styles trade show. When things went south with the builder we went to the SRHBA. The SRHBA did not help at all. If you are building with a 'reputable' SRHBA builder and expect the SRHBA to help you if things go south, don't, they support their members over customers.

Working with Alair homes has been a great experience. The time lines set out help with our scheduling so we can be as efficient as possible for them and answer any questions we have promptly. Our good working relationship is highly valued with them.

Excellent service, friendly and knowledgeable technicians. Centennial has always met our heating, plumbing and air conditioning needs.

I really needed to use the washroom and hopped into the place for relief. I was immediately greeted by a friendly face, and they were gracious and directed me straight to washroom (which was well kept). Would go again!
