Hannah at Ferguson's is sharp and knows her field. We are building a house and she is helping us with our plumbing selections. I would recommend her in a heartbeat as she knows all the parts we will need for installation of various fixtures in the home.

I had a tricky issue trying to get a replacement lens for an old fixture and the saleswoman Lynn who I dealt with was extremely helpful in finding a solution. Even though it was not for a large sale she was very persistent in finding me what I needed and was able to come up with a solution that saved me a lot of money. I had nothing but exceptional customer service with everyone I interacted with.

Great lighting selection, found what I was looking for waited 20 minutes to talk to sales person and still was not acknowledged, went and bought same light fixture online from different company.

Beaucoup de produits affichés sur le site web de Rona sont non-disponible ou sur commande spéciale (Une palette pleine ou rien...). Les numéros d'article sur le site web de Rona sont souvent non-compatible avec le système informatique de ce magasins. Les excuses qu'ils nous servent pour tout cette mauvaise organisation c'est "Ont n'est pas complètement Rona, ont n'est surtout Ferlac". Donc, très mauvaise organisation des propriétaires des magasins de Dolbeau, St-Félicien et Roberval.
