Very friendly service and competitive pricing

I've been shopping at Rona for years until I went in to buy some plastic poly pipe . I picked up 2 rolls of poly pipe and when I got to lineup at the cashier I noticed one of them had no tags on it. I walked back and found another of the same poly pipe with tags. I got to the cashier and she said what is the meaning of this? She pointed out that there was 2 tags on one of the pipes. I said ok what's the price.? She scanned both tags and they came out to the same price. I asked her again what's the price? She said in a rude voice what's the meaning of this? I said what? She said there's 2 tags on this pipe. I said ok what's the price? She thought I removed a tag from another pipe and placed it on the pipe. She scanned it again and they were both the same price. I asked again what's the total? She scanned it again. She thought I switched the tags. The tags cannot be replaced because they have sticky tape on one side. That was the last time I will ever go to Rona. That woman thought I switched the price on the rolls. Very rude woman accusing me of switching tags when it is imposible to do. You lost my business Rona and will never see me again. Never never never will I go in that store again. Hello Home Depot you got yourself a new customer.

Had my sprinkler system put in this year... system works very well.. Great coverage, great clean up, and great service... Installers did a great job.. can't wait to start it up next spring.. and thinking of getting some lights done next year too... thank you so much

Found some perfect lights here for outside patio and the bathroom both for reasonable prices. Nathalie was especially helpful as was another lady getting the right bulbs and ordering the lights.

I give this a 4 when prices are discounted. Otherwise the prices are crazy. I’ve always found the service to be really good with really pleasant staff.

Amazing Patio sets and one of the bigger and better put together show rooms. Amazing patient and honest staff that answered any questions i had and didn't try to feed me BS. Would highly recommend this store to anyone looking for a new Patio set

They were awesome, they were able to create to my specifications for my gazebo a set of LED lights that were fantastic, friends and neighbours are in awe of the wonderful work. The price/and the staff's knowledge are above par! Thanks again
