Lighting

The gentlemen on the phone ordered me a rare size bulb.... but knowing I needed one right away he looked around online and found me one at a another store, went way above and beyond. I will only shop here from now on

I purchased two bathroom fixtures from Norburn -- great service at the time of purchase --- two years later -- what I thought was a blown tube -- Norburn -- helped me track down replacement tubes --- sadly it was the ballast --- Norburn to the rescue to help me track down a replacement ballast --- I can only sing the praises of this customer service oriented firm --- THREE CHEERS FOR NORBURN LIGHTING and their amazing Staff

Thank you to the JJ Team (John & Jan) for doing a spectacular job installing our Christmas Lights. They are very helpful with suggestions and the arrangement of the lights on the trees and shrubs made a wonderful display. This is the second year we have used Light Knights and will definitely use them again!

One of the best experiences I have had in a while. Reliable and caring staff with even better products. Cannot wait for my next project!

Fantastic help and customer service. We have worked with Symmetry for years and they are very helpful, insightful, and have shown professionalism at all times working towards common client/project objectives on a variety of projects from external public realm lighting, to specialty landscape lighting, to building lighting projects.

Very happy with the service here. I went to 3 different places to buy a light before this one. None of the other ones had what I wanted or were particularly helpful. When I came to Vancouver lighting I was greeted and left to my own. A short while later another staff member said hello, very casually, not pushy. Once I had need for service someone was right there for me. I got a good suggestion from the staff member who actually talked me into buying a more reasonably priced item than I had first be looking at. This was based on their professional opinion and it was the right choice. The price was excellent and comparable to anything I saw at the other stores. Very happy customer - this will now be my go-to lighting store.

Good prices. Stock seems little dated.

Sales Very nice!
