Amazing customer service. Always very helpful with product and even more friendly in person! Thank you

Staff member Josh was very helpful. Knowledgeable in electrical.

Love this store ! Love all the sales people ! So friendly , make you feel welcome and they help you when you need help ! It’s like shopping with your girlfriends when you are there ! Fantastic urban barn one of my fav stores in Kamloops 💗

I met the Sales Manager Peter Brown

Great variety of merchandise. Good service.

I love home depot they were so good to me there for virtually everything EXCEPT there paint department ive had 2 experiences there both very bad......i found today she was very condescending i eventually left without the paint...sherwin williams was a bit better.....anyway i'm leaving kamloops....hopefully were i go they'll be better there....i am a big fan of home depot just not not paint department...

My Brother an I came in and Tara was so helpful and we found the perfect lamp for his great room. Highly Recommended.

High-end furniture, very original decor.

Went out of their way to get us the equipment we needed and everything was in hood repair and worked well. Made our event a success last minute. Will continue to use them in the future. If you need lighting and sound equipment, definitely the place to go.

I went there to get a pole extension that was in the WL flyer on sale. In Kamloops they didn't even have flyers. So I could buy it only for a regular price. Funny because other stuff what was in the flyer was on sale. Some of the staff wasn't really friendly.

This store is full of Canadian made products, both beautiful and well built. However it is the staff that really makes the place special, I highly recommend this location for whatever you need for your home.

Awesome customer service. And a great selection of items.

Always helpful. Pleasant staff.

Wow! This product and service is second to none. Unique, clean and creates a wow factor that inspiring. Thanks to a professional team that has exceptional attention to detail and really takes pride in their workmanship. Above and Beyond!

Great staff and good selection. Like all big stores, it can be tough to get help when they get busy but I like shopping Canadian.
