Locksmith

Searching for a place on the internet that would create a replacement key for my car. I heard the dealerships can cost up to $300. I found this place and within 3 hours they actually came to my house and made the replacement key for $130 including taxes. Great work guys and thanks for the great customer service.

This company is run by crooks. Stay FAR AWAY. My boyfriend locked himself out of his car at abut 8:45am on a Tuesday. He called Minute Locksmith and they quoted him 200$. He refused and they jumped down to 140$. He accepted only because he had work so soon. I was later informed (by anther locksmith!!!) that an honest (see: not crooks) locksmith charges 60$ for this service. On a side note: I see some extremely unprofessional responses from them regarding these reviews. Another red flag.

I have worked with these guys for several years now and i would recommend them 100%. As a manufacturer in the Safe industry, it is important to have locksmiths who are knowledgeable, reliable, fast and reputable and that is exactly what these guys are. Whether its something as simple as a lock change or as far as opening a locked out safe, Key Bro have exceeded my expectations each and every time. Keep up the great work and i look forward to working with you again!

had two keys made... they made them the wrong size... tried to return them around 3-5pm and they were always closed..very unhappy

I have no doubt in my mind that Ron knows everything there is to know about locks, safes, alarms and whatever else he deals with in his business. However, Ron will not be getting my business nor will I remotely recommend him to anybody because he is an arrogant hothead who likes to hear himself talk and dominate conversations with a raised tone of voice. Not to mention condescending remarks that have little to do with the task at hand. I observed this behaviour not only to myself but to a customer before me and after said customer left the store. Yes, he was talking behind the customers back to other customers after they left. And I assume he had a lot to say about me after I left as well. It is difficult to do business with this type of person because they are so busy talking and inflating their ego that one can't keep track of anything else. I encourage anyone who is skeptical about my review or any other on here to walk into his shop and experience this first hand. The 2 star average here is not yet low enough to accurately represent the customer experience this business provides.
