Last night at 6pm I was stranded in Dearborn Michigan without keys to be able to start my car. I looked up the closest Locksmiths shops and this one showed as being down the street so I called them amd spoke to an individual named Manny. Manny was actually located in california and wasmt very knowlegeable as he asked me if my car was a "Nissan Camry"... Anyways, I told Manny i was from out of state and stranded, he took my vehicle info and told me a tech would reach out. After 30 minutes of waiting I called back telling them I had not heard from anyone, reiterating that I was stranded and to please be upfront with me if they could truly help. Manny put me on hold for 5mins and said he found someone from his network near Detroit and demanded a credit card payment right away and I gave it. He told me someone would be out in 45 minutes, I hung up and waited. After an hour I called back and said no one has come, he told me they'd be there in 15mins. 30 minutes passed and I called back explaining no one had come, I reiterated that I was stranded and i needed to know someone was coming, he said "yes of course someone will be there in 15mins" . So I hung up and after another 30 minutes I called back, this time the automated system sent me to "ULY tow truck" the company that was supposed to come out. I spoke with a lady I believe Danielle was her name, she too told me someone would be out in 15 mins, I asked for the driver's number and got it. After 15 mins and multiple calls to the driver that went ignored he picked up and said "I don't know why they are telling you that, I cant come out until Monday (this happened on Saturday), no one can do this.". I called the tow company back and they said Manny from Minute Key was actually the one coordinating Everything and that there has been a miscommunication despite me repeatdly reiterating on every call that I needed this done tonight. I again was given false promises that I'd be taken care of and made to wait and told i'd recieve a call once they found someone else. Again I was the one to call them back after 30 minutes only to hear that they cant come and that I should reach out to a third party. All in all I was given the runaround for 3 hours and 45 minutes in a critical situation at night in which I was stranded. I was incredibly clear and upfront with minute Key about my circumstances and what I needed and time after time they lied to me. If I could give this a 0/5 stars I would. Please do yourself a favor and dont use this company. P.s. I contacted another locksmith at 10pm and they came right out in 25minutes. I wish I remembered their name or number but by then I was using a borrowed phone had died due to minute key.

One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. Don’t trust this company they lie about their prices. They will tell u one thing and do another. There are a lot of other locksmiths out there choose someone else!

Our condo assoc. hired Steve to perform maintenance on all of our exterrior doors. He was knowledgeable and conscientious. The price was fair and we were very pleased with his work.

Easy to do. EXTREMELY HIGH PRICES. $7 for a house key. Only found the 25% off for first timers when they emailed to take the survey. Bummer .
