This place is AMAZING! They have crazy unique furniture. Every piece is different so everyone gets something totally one of a kind! They have an indoor and outdoor showroom which I was given a tour of by their very helpful staff. Felt right at home. They took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for. They put my idea into a physical creation! I purchased a custom dining table from them. I got to choose the slab, the finish and even the table legs! It's the table iv'e always wanted!! Would highly recommend!

Cette mauvaise information nous a valu 2 heures de route, 1hre aller, 1hre revenir, pour nous être rendu à Plessisville et constater que le magasin était bien fermé. Good products and very noligable

My experience with Jackson is a real mixed bag. On the positive side, they have a nice showroom and the people I dealt with were friendly (Lori was the designer I worked with). On the negative side, despite providing part numbers for the specific vanity and medicine cabinet I wanted, there was a mistake made in the order that I discovered after the vanity was delivered a month later (one side of the vanity was supposed to be finished but wasn't). I contacted Lori and she said she would order a side finish piece that I just needed to glue to the vanity. A week later the piece arrived but it needed to be cut to size, something she didn't tell me. When I brought this to her attention, she apologized, but didn't even offer to reimburse me for the cost of having to cut the piece to size. Given the amount of money I paid for the cabinet, I feel this is entirely unacceptable. Very seldom do I write negative reviews on products or companies I deal with, but wanted to make sure anyone considering working with Jackson is aware of my experiences. Caveat emptor.
