The level of training that I'm receiving is outstanding. Since 2019, I've done kickboxing classes as an adult and couldn't be happier. I recently had the opportunity to attend the jo nage seminar at Castle Rock Aikido with Joel Nakamura-sensei. The industrial, storefront facade of the building belies the simple, yet traditional, training hall within...all the trappings of a first-rate dojo! The lighting and acoustics were more than adequate to see and hear the guest instructor, and the ample mat area allowed us to train safely in groups large and small. The Castle Rock Aikido staff accommodated attendees graciously, and the dojo's regular students exemplified the spirit of aikido in their manner of training. Thanks for a great experience, looking forward to the next seminar!

My teen son wanted to do some marital arts, but did not want to do fighting style. Luckily, we found Sensei Tom and aikido. He is calm, and teaches in a relaxed manor. He teaches how to use balance and momentum to defend oneself. It's a good mix of stretching and physical training. There are classes for children, women, and teens and adults are in one class. They also have yoga classes with Sensei Cindy. It's conveniently located to Otis Orchards, Liberty Lake, and Post Falls.

Great school for children to learn! I've had chance to visit and train at this school years back. Great school and Master Deh is wonderful example for his students. Unlike many of other school instructors and masters, Master Deh is very humble, kind and passionate. A wonderful person for students to learn from. A roundhouse kick is a roundhouse kick but from Master Deh, you get to learn than just how to kick. A wonderful school to train Tae Kwon Do and build character. Great place for kids. Highly recommended.
