More importantly, I am fully confident now that no matter the situation , I can always get home safely at the end of the night . I am especially grateful that I was able to gain this confidence and knowledge as I headed off college. A.C.W.A is by far one of the best self defense academies in the dallas metroplex.

Blue Tiger Martial Arts is a great martial arts school! I attend the Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and Muay Thai classes with both my boys (ages 11 & 16) and they both love going there. The instructors (Chris & Daniel) are very patient, show a genuine concern for all their students and make classes fun! As an added bonus, the health benefits gained from both martial arts include weight loss, muscle gain and a general overall increase in confidence & mental wellness. I recommend this school to anyone who is thinking of taking a plunge into martial arts or just wanting to try a new type of workout.
