In High school I was so out of shape I couldn't reach my toes. In college I started getting a bit more fit but wanted something more fun than just hitting the gym (not that I don't love the gym, don't get me wrong.) I started getting into Chinese martial arts through videogames because I am nothing if not a geek. I was looking for a place that had a variety of material (especially weapons, I love me some weapons training) as well as a place that had a good vibe. I found this place and it gives you a free month - no contracts, no promises, no uniform prepurchase, a free month to try it. I decided I'll give it a go, if at the end of the month I liked it, I would sign up for a bit. I've been here three and a half years and I have had the time of my life. The material is varied, challenging, but most importantly the people absolutely make the school. Sifu Dean is one of the most patient people I've ever met (he puts up with all of my nonsense for one thing) and everyone in this school is really chill. There are no egos, no machismo, just people having fun learning kung fu. Try a month, if you don't like it after that you can be assured there will be no hard feelings, but I think you'll love it. I sure did.

I can't say enough great things about House of Champions. Our family have been going here for a number of months and the classes and instructors are outstanding. My kids look forward to their classes every week. And the adult classes have provided me a fun way to get in better shape. It's been a great experience for all of us. Thank you HOC!

I take the adult's class, training is amazing, Sensei Russel really works with everyone and cares about the students. You will learn discipline and respect. Their program helps to build strong balance, healthy postures and balanced movement through the use of age appropriate forms and drills, also improves memorization skills.

My little girl is learning martial arts and life lessons in a supportive environment.
