Seiei Dojo is a great place to learn and practice Judo, its family friendly, with an exceptional infrastructure and very friendly staff.

Excellent learning place. The staff is cooperative and always reviewing my needs and goals towards my learning process. Not a typical teaching process and that is ok because the art needs that method of teaching. Lot of confidence inspiring and support from the staff. Master Jones and Mr. Chase (primary instructors) are very knowledgable and motivating.

Three years ago I first brought my nephew in to train at the dojo. He loves it. I train in the adult program, so I knew it was a quality dojo – and style of karate - but I have still been surprised at the benefits training there has had for him over the years in terms of his self confidence, and physical presence. Both Sensei Robles is amazing with the kids. I would not hesitate to give the childrens program the strongest possible recommendation.

It's a great place to learn self-defense while making new friends! The instructors are friendly and knowledgeable. The group sessions are a great workout and the individual sessions will hone your skills!

Mercer Island Martial Arts is in its 20th successful year here in Mercer Island WA. The Dojang offers highly skilled Masters with a plethora of activities for the whole family. They have many classes to choose from.  Based on age and/or skill levels, Dragon classes for the younger ones, family classes and teen classes. Not just Martial Arts is taught here dealing with pressures in life, Bullying and peer pressure etc. Are also great tools. (I love the family class best because it connects us together with responsibility, trust respect and self defense techniques. Creating a strong foundation for families). The after school program, parent nights out, special events, ceremonies for milestones and that's just a few of the opportunities. Mercer Island Martial Arts supports and teaches the fundamentals of community  with food drives, Kick Athlons, and volunteering opportunities. even have a Demo team that entertains for the community. This place is great for team building, working out, and having a great time with fabulous people.

I have ordered several of the training videos that Ledyard sensei has filmed at this dojo- just fantastic content and exceptional training references. I would highly recommend this dojo to anyone in the area, or passing through. The multitude of seminars are always top notch!

We've been renting space from the studio for several years now. We love the women at the 7 star kung fu. They are flexible, accomodating, and welcoming, and just plain nice, honest people. Couldn't ask for a better use of space. We feel at home there and treat it like it's our own place. Easy parking. Great kharma! Great people! Great Space! Thanks Michelle for everything!

Karate West in Sammamish and on Mercer Island is the best place to learn Karate!!! They teach more than Martial Arts. They teach morals, life skills, and self defense! The teachers are top notch!!! This is such a wonderful place for the whole family. I have found that as an adult you are never "too old" to start Karate! I am in the best shape of my life now! Thank you Karate West.

Through careful direction and movement passed to me by the instructors, I was able to recover from two herniated discs in my neck due to whiplash and recover full mobility in my shoulder after a previous rotator cuff repair.
