Ilovekickboxing is so so awesome! Super amazing workout and the people are SO friendly. The facility is excellent, as well.

I did not like this place at all my kids got beat up every single day not a good place to go.

Great community of folks - you can tell coming here to train is the highlight of their day. Great deal for the variety of classes you can take whether that’s Muay Thai, Jiu-jitsu, Boxing, Wrestling, MMA, Judo, and more. Great location as well if you’re in SLU for work.

Our son attends the Juggernaut gym for Kids class so we decided to have his Birthday party there as well. It was the best decision! All Kids and adults had such a blast. Coach Jeff taught the kids a couple MMA moves explaining the moves very well and making sure to help each one to ensure complete safety. Then he did a couple games where the kids and adults joined in on the fun! Our son said it was the best day he has ever had which made it that much better.

Been going there for 9 years it's the best place to be. Instructors are positive and reassuring and assistants are very helpful. Great place to have your kids. Teens and adults classes are amazing as well.

I have been going to Tula Yoga for over a year now and have been pleasantly surprised and grateful with the results from taking both Michelle and Lisa's classes. With changing to a healthier diet and going to yoga for my exercise program, not only have I lost over 55 pounds, but with the different poses and exercise it has helped reshape my body so I don't have excessive loose skin from the weight loss. The instructors have been great on showing the class different ways to do a particular pose that might work better for each person's physical ability while still getting the same result. I also have both of my sons, age 10 & 11, enrolled in Robert's Jiu Jitsu class. Robert is a very patient teacher and he is a natural when it comes to working with children. Robert is teaching the kids more than self defense but how to respect and treat others and to use what they learn only to defend themselves or in competition. This is an amazing place for every member of the family and it’s for all ages in both the Yoga and Jiu Jitsu classes and I highly recommend it to everyone.
