Martial Arts

This is a great place for the whole family to learn martial arts. The expert instructors are wonderful and offer personal attention. The dojo is clean and beautiful. After each class, I feel I've had a challenging, but enjoyable workout.

We've been coming here for years and I honestly can't recommend it enough! Sensei Brown and all the other instructors do an absolutely amazing job of teaching self discipline and respect alongside self defense.

this person says they are a martial artist and that means control and maintaining high standards of discipline. HOWEVER, they cannot stop from going online, and posting some of the most ignorant statements, to justify fringe social causes. personally I see this as; you can be seen as a raging kook fringe nutjob whackadoodle.

My wife and I have been taking Tai Chi Chuan here for a year now and thoroughly enjoy it ! The staff are excellent teachers with quite a bit of credentials. No silly competition oriented training here, just real and thorough martial arts in all their offerings !

I have been taking T'ai Ch'i (taiji) here for over a year and have begun Kung Fu as well. The school teaches at Your pace with almost infinite patience. The instructors (Sifu) are very well trained, helpful, and freindly. This not a competition-oriented school but dedicated to the students' learning and improvement. I highly recommend you check it out.

Very informative adult classes that are excellent for self defense and exercise. The kids classes are fun and interactive.

I've been working out at Strongstyle for around 5 years. I've been to a lot of different gyms over the years, but this place has been my absolute favorite bar-none. It has every unique piece of equipment to suit the needs of any workout you wish to do and it's priced extremely well. Above all, the staff really cares and are all good people. I recently had an injury that disabled me from using my membership for a good period of time. Without me even asking them the Strongstyle staff gave me an extension on my membership in consideration of my situation. It was an awesome gesture. They've earned my loyalty. Highly recommend this place if you are in the hunt for a GREAT gym!!!
