Had a great experience with everyone at this business, Ben, Jerry and Caitlyn. Very calming when I was anxious. Assured me my house was in great condition even though a competitor tried to sell me unneeded work by suggesting I needed to even move out or get rid of all of my baby items and holiday decorations. I value their honesty especially since it came at no financial benefit to them because we didn't actually need work.

We are so disappointed with this company. We called the week of May 15th and was told not to tear anything apart, they would schedule an appointment the following week. We called twice more, and only excuses were offered and a promise to call and book later in the day. Today is June 2nd, and we have had to start our own investigation and tearing down of walls and ceilings. We had an official mould test done and our house is inhabitatable, which they knew as they asked for the results to be sent to them We are completely overwhelmed and not impressed with the lack of professionalism from this company.

My overall experience with Promus Sudbury was very good. Not everything was perfect, but what wasn't to my satisfaction was quickly fixed. Communication on their end could have some improvements, but the end result was well worth it. All the staff who attended were friendly and courteous, and my bathroom looks great. Thanks!

Horrible experience. Nothing but a money hungry owner. Would stay away at all costs. Employees are good people. The company makes promises it doesn't keep. Beware.

My house flooded couple months ago, DryMedic took good care of it.They also worked with my insurance company.They have good experience and hard working employees.Besides flood in my house, working with DryMedic was very pleasant experience.

My experience with Mold Busters has been a great one! Everything was so quick: the initial reply to my email, the inspection appointment scheduled in the next few days, the actual work, the air tests and obtaining the results. I have rarely had such a good experience. Charlie explained everything very well and was always there if I had questions or concerns. They left my house immaculate both times they were here. They even fed my cat when I wasn't home one of the times, which was very appreciated:) I will highly recommend Mold Busters to everyone I know. Thanks again!!! sophie

Horrible experience. Charged us for "emergency services" they didn't even provide even after getting paid for their assessment by the insurance company. Such a scam. Never ever deal with them! EVER!!

I had a burst pipe over the weekend and my basement was flooding quickly. I called Go Pro Restoration, who arrived at my house within 45 minutes. They took care of absolutely everything. I am very impressed and would highly recommend them.

J'ai fait appel à deux autres spécialistes avant Mold Busters. Le premier a jeté un coup d'oeil et m'a fait un devis 'au pif' de 2000$ (j'avais de sérieux doutes sur leur devis). Le deuxième ne s'est pas donné la peine de venir au rendez-vous. Avec Mold Busters, on voit une grande différence dans le professionalisme. Ils sont venus avec des appareils de mesure pour vérifier les taux d'humidité et la qualité de l'air. Ils avaient une caméra thermique et une caméra serpent pour voir dans les murs. Bref, ils m'ont aidé à voir l'étendue du problème par moi-même et de façon convainquante. De plus, ils ont été assez honnête pour me dire qu'il s'agissait d'un problème mineur qui ne nécessite pas de services professionnels. Bref, leurs services en valent vraiment la peine et je vous les recommande chaudement.

The irs slapped a $13000 lien on Maureen winfree house for non payment of income taxes. Would not recommend doing business with someone like that.
