Great Service to determine if I had a mold issue and how to resolve.

First contact was great, I spoke with very friendly and professional people. We had a time sensitive issue since we were within a seven day inspection window. Over the course of the first three days I never received callbacks or an email reply to the initial phone request. I called three separate times and I was politely informed their tech would review the mold damage file I sent and would call be back asap. Two weeks later I have yet to ever get a call back. These were the friendliest and most unreliable folks I've yet to work with. Zero reliability. I would have rather them told me they are too busy for a quick turn around and I would have been perfectly happy with that answer since I live in reality-land and sometimes a business just doesn't have the manpower to do a job that is time-sensitive.

We had to file a claim in November due to a slow water leak from our water heater. Because of this leak, mold formed in our flooring and in the wall. Our claim adjuster was slow to respond with everything (even took a week off for vacation), but we were prepared because we read that claims with adjusters were a lengthy process, so we were patient. All the while, Rick from Servpro was prompt to reach out to us. From that point on, Rick was always in communication with us. Answered any questions I had via text, arrived to every appointment punctually, honored last minute service calls, was attentive with every subcontractor, took the time to make sure I understood every step of the process, showed me tips on how to accomplish certain projects, even drove through a blizzard to shovel my drive way without even being told to. This is extremely stellar service. Our claim process would not have gone as well as it did, if it werent from Rick Nakkula. I highly recommend you ask for him by name, you won't be disappointed!

Called to get some advice on testing for mold. The gentleman Paul was very polite and gave me a lot of insight on things to look for. 1

Chose PuroClean based on online reviews. They were at our home within hours of my call. The crew was courteous took the time to explain the restoration process to us. They cleaned up the water and dried out our basement. Very professional, would use them again.

Impressed w/ this company! The owner George is awesome he definitely knows his stuff! He came out himself and did the estimate the best part he didn’t TRY to sell to me anything! I had a few estimates from other companies that gave me quotes and all they wanted to do was sell me stuff I didn’t need. Emergency restoration may be experts in basement cleaning after floods and mold removal but I have found that they are also experts in finding contractors to resolve other household issues like electrical, plastering, painting, door repairs, locksmith, and gutter repair. Contractors were prompt, courteous, and did good work. Mike Perrin has been the project manager for all of my requests and I could not have found anyone better. THANK YOU!
