Mold Removal

Our commercial store suffered from water damage due to roof leak. Our stores operate 7 days a week and the impact to operations significant the longer our store is closed. I immediately reached out to Service Master in Medicine Hat and had a conversation with Calvin. Both he and Dave were immediately onsite at our store, commencing work right away to minimize damage, source root cause and begin restoration efforts. There were many obstacles to overcome, roof leaked a second time, was over Thanksgiving weekend and my requests for varying job scope were handled with ease, professionalism, the greatest of courtesy and willingness. Both Dave and Calvin were hands on, took control and ownership of the task at hand, treating our store as their own in dedication, oversight and concern. Both a pleasure to deal with, very responsive, worked long hours to meet deadlines, did amazing at ensuring needs skilled trades were readily available. The quality of work was second to none and follow up in every aspect of the job, being onsite after hours and on holiday to check on things. The hard work, commitment to job and taking ownership of tasks made for a smooth transition from damage, to repair and to reopening our store. Dave and Calvin exemplify what true customer service is and tackling every task handed them.

My experience with the Belfor Abbotsford office and production staff has been a pleasant one. They have been reliable, professional, and courteous. Thanks Belfor.

Clearly one of the shadiest companies ever. They work with some property managements to empty the tenants' pockets. A few years ago, a friend of mine had a simple food burn, They partnered up with the property management (who is shady as well) to charge him hundreds of dollars for no reason. Do not ever trust this company. I suggest other restoration companies that are well known, atleast you would be dealing with a structured company and not these shady people.

I've had the unfortunate need to call ServPro on two occasions now. Fortunately, the team at ServPro was very responsive, went above and beyond to ensure that my tenants were well taken care of (with one occurrence at a rental property), and performed everything as expected or better. I sincerely appreciate all of the help and guidance from the team at ServPro and would highly recommend them to anyone in need of their services - but, lets hope that you don't need them!

So timely! The next day your people were dealing with the problem. They were all polite, capable and friendly--customer service that can be hard to come by these days.

SERVPRO of Langley has always been expedient, thorough, and professional with all of the work that they have done for us. The work that they do makes it look like it never even happened!

Very professional. Answered all of my questions with detailed and clear explanations. Very reliable. Highly recommended.

Very prompt and professional. I would strongly urge anyone with concerns about mold or asbestos to contact Masters. Only company that responded the same day on the weekend. Dion is a very knowledgeable professional that takes his work very seriously.

We were wondering if we even needed an inspector as we were on a tight budget buying a first home. Sean ended up being worth a million dollars ! not only did he give us ideas for the home and how to fix problem spots but he gave us an easy to read report, lots of pictures, explanations, and suggestions. It was the most important investment we made ! So grateful to him and his sense of humor and easy going attitude made everything so much easier during such a stressful time !

The best. Thanks again!

Very professional. You can tell from the first phone call they know what they are doing. They show up right on time which is really nice. Prices are fair when compared to others. I would recommend for anyone who needs air quality testing.

Michael was very friendly and professional. He offered lots of information and resources for us to address multiple issues in our home. Very conscious of keeping our home clean too! Kathy who scheduled us was very knowledgeable as well and super helpful. Would recommend this company to anyone!
