Amazing service and great staff. Overall it was a great experience - as much as having a flood sucks! I've had a flood before and this time they made the process seem easier and better than the other company that was hired the first time. I would strongly recommend them.

Very bad experience

Got us out of a serious bind during last weeks rain. Got home from work at 10:30 pm to 3" water in basement. Called these guys and they were at my place pumping out the water by 11. Gabriel was great and dealt with my insurance company directly.

Sub-contractors beware! This company does not pay their subs. When their payments go late, they offer broken promises of payment and request more work from you. After a while, when I refused to do more work for them (until they paid us what was owed), they did not reply back to us...they simply disappeared. I suppose they went off looking for the next company that would be willing to do free work for them. They have registered a fake Edmonton address for their company as well, as they are actually situated somewhere in Calgary.

Great company with great staff. They worked hard to get us our results as fast as possible.

Very nice people and worked hard to get our place back

I recently had grimebusters come in for a home cleaning and WOW what an amazing job they did. I have a long haired dog and anyone with a dog knows how time consuming cleaning all of that hair up really is. I paid grimebusters for a four hour session and they were be able to clean above and beyond what I thought four hours would get me. Thank you for doing such an amazing job! I would definitely recommend their services to anyone.

The owners of this company are named Gabriel Naparstek and Gil Naparstek. They do not pay any of their sub-contractors or their employees. They wait until they owe a lot of people money and then they go into receivership and start another company and do it all over again. This company is currently being shut down (as of November 2017) and Gabrielle has confirmed to us that he is starting a new company (owing us $9500, which we will never see). This will make it the 3rd company that he has started in less than 2 years (that we know of). His brother Gil Naparstek has since moved back to Israel, but I assume he will be back when Gabrielle creates the new company. Be aware of these criminals! No matter what they name their company, do not trust these names...Gabriel Naparstek and Gil Naparstek.

The water valve under an upstairs bathroom vanity broke with water saturating the flooring in the bathroom, hallway carpet and ceiling on first floor. The Restoration company was called and attended immediately. Jorge owner was very professional and timely in their execution of restoration. They were a pleasure to deal with as Jorge is very reassuring that the issue is taken care of and demonstrated same. This is a first class company and I highly recommend them to everyone. The negative comments on here appear to come from people who are having a bad day and use on-line sites to vent their frustrations- I usually take such posts with a grain of salt. Try this company for yourself and you will be satisfied with the service and result.

TD contracted them to deal with a claim. 4 months later I get the letter of completion for me to sign... except not all of the work is done and what is done isn't even done properly.

Friendly person when I called to book the appointment! Technician was knowledgeable, came within the time period that they said he would, and did an excellent job. I will use this company again for sure!

Amazing company and great people

I had such a hard time finding a good abatement company, we needed a small amount of vermiculite cleaned up in our basement. I found that each company had a different opinion about the risk level and amount of PPE and monitoring required. We ended up choosing this company because they seemed to take the Abatement Manual the most seriously. They were prompt with the first visit to our house but I had to call a week later because they still hadn't sent an estimate. Their estimate was similar to others (included the $500 fee for air monitoring). In the end they did a good job of cleaning up the vermiculite and we were satisfied. Our only complaints are that the sealant they applied to a hole in our ceiling was really messy. They dropped excess sealing foam on to the floor and some pipes. The other thing that bothered me is that twice when I called their secretary, she said 'I'll pass this on to my boss, if she doesn't call you in an hour can you call back?' I found this unprofessional and frankly a pretty bad way to do business. It's not my job to call you back if you want me to hire you!! But I did call back, so I suppose her method worked just fine ;) Truthfully if I could give 3.5 stars I would. They could use some improvements in the way they manage their clients, but the bottom line is that they did a good job of the job they were hired to do.
