Terrible quality service. After a sewage flooding, my insurance company called them in to service my basement. They came in with one tech and an inexperienced trainee to "clean" the mess. For floors mopped with dirty water, feces still on my toilet, shower and floors they wanted to charge me over $800. When I expressed my dissatisfaction with this and sent them photos, they argued it and said they'd give me only $92 off the price. This lack of sensitivity for their customers during difficult times of loss is completely unacceptable business practice. Do not use this service if you need money to fix everything else you lost, as you will most likely be left with next to nothing.

Our retirement home had an accidental spill , and soiled a large carpeted area, On short notice with no appointment, i contacted Troy Quinn (Manager ) who came through with flying colors, His cleaning technician was at our location an hour later and had everything under control , Thank you Troy & Service Master this is SERVICE thanks Hans R

Amazing!! Seriously would give 10+ stars if I could. From the very beginning of our horrible experience with a flood in our basement Rob has been so fantastic with getting his crew in asap and explaining the process ect to us. Matt, a technician came in daily and made sure everything is drying and going well. I would strongly recommend using rainbow for any disaster you encounter with your home. The customer service is is definitely amazing!!

We had a water incident in our basement last week and called Pete at Renewit cleaning and restoration. They came out promptly and made us feel at ease right away. They treated our home and belongings with respect and care and fixed our problem perfectly. Our basement has never been so clean and dry. We are so pleased and will recommend them to anyone! Jeanne

Overall, happy with the service provided, but very unpleased with the pricing. I requested a quote for a sample to be tested for asbestos and was told it would be $150 (no mention of other costs). After the visit I was sent an invoice for $300 (including a $150 inspection fee), which is ridiculous. When someone contacts you to ask the price, you should provide them the total cost. I considered not paying for the results because I feel I was misled with the pricing I was told and would suggest to other people that they call other locations first to see if there are better deals (or do the testing themselves at a total cost of $50). I would not give repeat business to this company.
