I was very impressed with their services. They didn't get the work done right away. I waited over a month until they got going on the job and lost my tenant because of it. The workers left garbage from the job for me to dispose of. As well, the painter they had come to do the room for me didn't check in on the color just started painting using paint from an old job he did. I wasn't impressed at all and would not recommend them to anyone.

The words "I think you have black mould" from the plumber installing our new basement toilet was the start of our Davies Environmental experience.It became a bigger process than we had thought but a very positive one thanks to Matt and his crew.Matt's professional,calm manner helped ease my fears and concerns.He encouraged us to call at any time with any questions which I did.He was always readily available and kept daily contact with what was to happen next.His team is hard working, pleasant and approachable.The communication was excellent,a very positive experience.

Jamie came to look at my house and was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and legit. He was professional and helped me understand some of the problem areas in my house and gave suggestions on how to remediate and fix them. I definitely recommend him for his professionally, and knowledge.

No Stars at all (Forced to give one to post). Do not deal with Jim Howard, he will come off nice at first, send nice thank you card for your confidence in him, that is where it ends. He lies, shifts responsibility. He will quote you a 2 day job, say he is done after 5 hours, and his response to you will be HE is satisfied with his job. He does not care about customer satisfaction. Does not answer questions about warranties, adds conditions to warranties that were never discussed or put on quote. He is not a man of his word, not a man at all, just wait till he quotes you his MAN hours, Joke!

First year they were OK. Second year we prepaid the entire year and they never came without any communication. We tried to reach out to them to inquire and dozens of calls went unreturned. We are still waiting for our entire year's prepayment to be refunded but keep getting pushed off.

This is a solid business offering high-quality service. I used them twice (water damage both). Amanda and Chad were both extremely helpful, and gave me reasonable quotes and rates, as well as clear explanations of the issues and the work that had to be done. The actual crew that came to do the work did it very well and efficiently. I would not hesitate to use PuroClean again.

Horrible experience with this restoration and construction company. We had a house fire on March 25 and some of our clothes and other stuff were taken out by this restoration company and it has to be cleaned. They did some work on the damage during the fire. The issue is the contents they took out from us some has sentimental values but then we have to keep chasing them how will take them to return the items and yes it was almost 3 weeks and they kept promising tomorrows. Now when they say this date we assumed that they will bring it and then sure a returned call saying next day. Well when someone says they show up of course we also cancelled our appointments to accommodate that day but it is so depressing when they wont show up. How long thus those items to be cleaned rather than many weeks. Once we said that we will declare those items a loss to the insurance then they change their tone. They supposed to finish the renovation on the said damage but nobody showed up and we have the cheque from the insurance waiting for over a week and suddenly they call to go ahead with the renovation. Weve been waiting and waiting for them to make the arrangement. We already suffered from the fire and the loss and then this company that doesnt know how to prioritised their customer. I would not recommend this company to anybody at all. Its not worth having to deal with this kind of people. We had the pain and sufferings dealing this.

I had a flood in my basement and Winmar came to fix it up for me. They did a wonderful job and had it finished in a timely manner. Quality of work was great and we were very happy. The workers were respectful and courteous. Highly recommend.
