Mold Removal

Although I was unable to reach an agreement with 24/7 on the rebuild of my condo, due to internal policies , I want to thank the owner Ryan for his help in ensuring that all my questions and concerns were answered in a speedy manner. He was a pleasure to deal with. Also the emergency crew was professional and efficient considering they were working on a beautiful long weekend.

We had signed up for a course well in advance of the start date, paid our money and had everything lined up. With just a few days notice, the course was postponed. They gave us new dates and an option for a refund. We opted to take the new dates. 24 hours before the course was to begin, it was cancelled. Days were taken off work for one guy both times and money was lost.I have not been able to find a job for months and had one lined up as soon as I got my ticket. This job was lost and I am on the search again. Will NEVER book a course here again.

We had a big mold problem in our house and the guys from western came and got it taken care of faster than we could've hoped for! Would definitely recommend them to anyone in a situation like we were in.

A great company. Have dealt with them for several years and have found that they operate with integrity.

I came back from vacation to find my hot water tank burst during my leave and mould was all over my basement. I almost had a melt down when I called several companies and either couldn't get a response, or they couldn't come out until the following week. My colleague recommended Mold Squad so I gave them a call and to my surprise they were out the same day to take control of the situation. I was very concerned about the health risks and was scared to even be in my home. I can't imagine going through this very stressful experience without a good company like mold squad helping us out. Thank you!

Very professional and detailed group to work with for both Commercial and Residential Abatement. Their passion comes out in their performance and their safety is top notch. They will walk you through the whole process and make you feel at ease.

I recently had a small Reno project completed by matrix, after a mold removal process. I found their prices to be competitive, but what impressed the most is how professional all the people were who worked on each project in my home. Overall I was really happy, and would Reccomend Matrix.

Thank you for your prompt response, efficient and within budget project planning, and your professionalism. I highly recommend using Peter and Certified Asbestos Removal.

PUROClean Disaster Restoration did an incredible job in my emergency situation! Recently, I had a water pipe burst in my basement. I had 3 inches of water fill the entire area, causing damage to my wood panelling. Upon noticing it, I immediately called PUROClean and their team replied to my home in less than 20 minutes! Tyler (Project Manager) thoroughly explained the cleanup process to me and was very personal, making me feel at ease after an unfortunate event. He not only explained to me what the cause was regarding my burst, but also explained the type of water loss that occurred. His team quickly moved my belongings in the basement to a safe place, drained the majority of the water, and proceeded by drying the remainder of the basement with numerous industrial fans. Tyler also called a plumber, who fixed the initial cause of the problem the following day. As this was my first time dealing with a housing issue that falls under my insurance, Tyler also explained to me how the claim process works and what I could expect going forward. Through PUROClean's professionalism, speediness and dedication, a situation that was dire to begin with turned into an informative, less stressful learning experience. If I ever have any issues regarding my home again, they will be the first ones I call. I highly recommend them to any homeowner that has to deal with an unfortunate disaster and needs immediate help. Kudos to the entire PUROClean team!!! -Henry and Joanna

Amazing that's it awesome people made a mistake on my bill and called me to correct it so awesome

Fast, professional & extremely friendly service

We dealt with Nick at Calgary Mold Removal and have had absolutely no joy. He took a huge deposit to get started on the job - paying for permits, testing etc, and that was the end of that. Suspect the tests were never completed and the job certainly wasn't. We've reported the company to Service Alberta, Consumer Investigations Unit who found them in the wrong - which just means that we need to take them to small claims court to get back what is left owing (Over $3,000) which I doubt we'll ever see. So disappointed. Do NOT use this company.

Nice place to work!

Our house was built in 2000 and the vinyl siding was installed very poorly. Over the last 14 years every time we had a heavy storm, water was getting in behind the siding where it met the roof. The water rotted away until on day it finally expressed itself by seeping into the house. The wood around the window and door were rotten and it was hard to tell for sure where the water was getting in. We had a home inspector, a window and door expert, and two siding contractors look the situation to help figure out the mystery but Restoration Worx was the only one that offered a reasonable answer. Doyle and his crew were all very friendly and did a wonderful job repairing the whole water damaged area. They took the siding off a large area of the house, did a great job fixing the lousy vinyl and flashing job that the builders had done and Tyvek-ed the whole side of the house too. The price was very affordable considering how much work was done. Thanks Restoration Worx!
