Mold Removal

This Sunday evening my tenants called around 7:00 pm stating the furnace had stopped working. After attempting to contact emergency repair technicians from several other companies I left a message on the ServicePro emergency contact. In less than 10 minutes Sam returned my phone call and was on site within 45 minutes. He provided me a detailed assessment of the issues and estimate for repairs. He had repairs completed in less than an hour and the heat restored. Sam was very responsive, professional, and fully explained repairs made.

Terrible quality service. After a sewage flooding, my insurance company called them in to service my basement. They came in with one tech and an inexperienced trainee to "clean" the mess. For floors mopped with dirty water, feces still on my toilet, shower and floors they wanted to charge me over $800. When I expressed my dissatisfaction with this and sent them photos, they argued it and said they'd give me only $92 off the price. This lack of sensitivity for their customers during difficult times of loss is completely unacceptable business practice. Do not use this service if you need money to fix everything else you lost, as you will most likely be left with next to nothing.

I have been working with the team at Promus North Bay for two years. I have always found their staff to be courteous and professional. I would recommend them to anyone requiring disaster restoration services.

Amazing!! Seriously would give 10+ stars if I could. From the very beginning of our horrible experience with a flood in our basement Rob has been so fantastic with getting his crew in asap and explaining the process ect to us. Matt, a technician came in daily and made sure everything is drying and going well. I would strongly recommend using rainbow for any disaster you encounter with your home. The customer service is is definitely amazing!!

Who knows what company name Mike Porco is using now. His then company was hired to do restoration work after a fire. In the end I learned, he lies, fails to do the work he says will be done. He never paid sub contractors for work completed. Very unskilled workers. This man is a butcher.

We were initially very pleased with the service provided by this company and even considered moving forward with a full project with them. However, after deciding not to proceed, things took a serious turn for the worse. Without our knowledge or consent, the company chose to discard two brand-new rugs that were simply meant to be stored — not thrown away. The rugs had been slightly wet but were already dry at the time, and there was absolutely no reason for them to be disposed of. Only after we followed up did the company inform us, rather casually, that they had been thrown out. We are extremely disappointed and upset with how this situation was handled. Our belongings should have been respected, and any decisions about their fate should have been made with our involvement. This lack of communication and disregard for our property is completely unacceptable. We expected professionalism — what we got instead was a careless and disrespectful attitude. We hope this serves as a warning to others.
