Mold Removal

My overall experience with Promus Sudbury was very good. Not everything was perfect, but what wasn't to my satisfaction was quickly fixed. Communication on their end could have some improvements, but the end result was well worth it. All the staff who attended were friendly and courteous, and my bathroom looks great. Thanks!

Horrible experience. Nothing but a money hungry owner. Would stay away at all costs. Employees are good people. The company makes promises it doesn't keep. Beware.

Great and fast services! Very professional.

Blouin Brothers are experts in their domain and are very approachable and friendly. Their business is their passion and this is reflected in every aspect of how they operate. They’ve done lots of work in our home including duct work and HRV work and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for HVAC and insulation services. It's nice to hire a family owned business because you can really sense that they care about the job at hand and that they take pride in servicing you right.

We are so disappointed with this company. We called the week of May 15th and was told not to tear anything apart, they would schedule an appointment the following week. We called twice more, and only excuses were offered and a promise to call and book later in the day. Today is June 2nd, and we have had to start our own investigation and tearing down of walls and ceilings. We had an official mould test done and our house is inhabitatable, which they knew as they asked for the results to be sent to them We are completely overwhelmed and not impressed with the lack of professionalism from this company.

5 🌟 professional-level restoration work.

No Stars at all (Forced to give one to post). Do not deal with Jim Howard, he will come off nice at first, send nice thank you card for your confidence in him, that is where it ends. He lies, shifts responsibility. He will quote you a 2 day job, say he is done after 5 hours, and his response to you will be HE is satisfied with his job. He does not care about customer satisfaction. Does not answer questions about warranties, adds conditions to warranties that were never discussed or put on quote. He is not a man of his word, not a man at all, just wait till he quotes you his MAN hours, Joke!

Can't say enough of the service I received from Service Master Aurora. I dealt with Storm Ivory and not only was he very professional, everything he said he would do to make the job smooth he did. The Roofers that he hired was top notch and had the job done in such a way that I didn't even notice they were there. They were respectful, clean and got the job done in a quickly fashion. Storm even contacted us and did a final inspection to make sure we were happy and satisfied. What a fantastic experience.

As an avid real estate investor of more than 30 years I have had many occasions to use these type of services. Never have I been more impressed with the professionalism, care, competence and compassion of an organization. Without hesitation I will use them for all my future needs. These people and this company PuroClean understand what taking pride in their work is all about. Harry James

I hired Jim of ASAP Home Inspections to act an an expect witness in legal proceedings. I was so impressed by his professionalism and knowledge that I hired him again to do an inspection a few months later. Great attitude and great prices!

We had a flood and our insurance sent belfor to come check out the damage and remove all the damaged items. The team was very respectful and knowledgeable. I would use belfor again if the need was to arise
