Mold Removal

Blue water carpet cleaners are very professional and i am very pleased with thier work.

First contact was great, I spoke with very friendly and professional people. We had a time sensitive issue since we were within a seven day inspection window. Over the course of the first three days I never received callbacks or an email reply to the initial phone request. I called three separate times and I was politely informed their tech would review the mold damage file I sent and would call be back asap. Two weeks later I have yet to ever get a call back. These were the friendliest and most unreliable folks I've yet to work with. Zero reliability. I would have rather them told me they are too busy for a quick turn around and I would have been perfectly happy with that answer since I live in reality-land and sometimes a business just doesn't have the manpower to do a job that is time-sensitive.

Great Service to determine if I had a mold issue and how to resolve.

Paul is very professional and knowledgeable. He went above and beyond and explained everything in detail as he went, he also explained everything in detail when the report came in. I would highly recommend him.

Fast, friendly, and very efficient! Would recommend them to anyone!

The crew did a great job! I had a radon mitigation system installed and I am very happy with the quality of everything that was done. They were very informative and made sure that I fully understood the system and how it works before they left.

James Howard was professional and informative. Reassured me of no mold in home that buyers inspector claimed there was, it was style of homes wood from 1950s. Would highly recommend this company at the Farmington Hills location. Thanks again for being honest!

The staff at SERVPRO of Mount Clemens were very friendly and knowledgeable. They showed genuine care and concern in my home. Thank you!
