Eliane Aubry has done my last two conveyances. I find her highly professional, attention to detail and character all quite outstanding. I would highly recommend Elaine Aubry for anyone who is considering Real Estate conveyance and is looking to go with a Notary over a lawyer.

The people that work here are very pushy to sell American banks your business, I'm very unhappy with the mortgage my wife and I got with first national bank. We found out later that first national bank has no locations in BC. Secondly this place doubles as a place for bob quinland to pick up customers for his secondary job with a real estate company I'm not going to name, where he makes his money off both sides of your business, buying a house and selling you a mortgage. Also if your in a pinch and he knows he has you he will push and push for you to buy the first house you look at regardless of how you feel towards it. Lots more to say but I'm running out of space. Id never go back and do business with ether of them again.

I shopped all around town for a few per-approvals while house hunting. Ms. Buemann came well recommended and certainly lived up to that! She was very friendly and accommodating, and actually took the time to educate me and make sure I understood the entire mortgage process, my options, etc, before I had made any commitment. I never once felt that she was trying to pressure me into any one options or ever to choosing her as my final mortgage broker - genuinely wants to see informed people in the right mortgage for them. She also did a solid job of negotiating/working with my thin credit history, I am very pleased with my mortgage! I highly recommend talking to Christine if you are looking for a mortgage or mortgage advice in Prince George.

I went here for a simple ATM transaction. They have 3 ATM’s and although there was a short line-up, I didn’t have to wait long, and was able to transact my business quite quickly. The lobby area was well heated, and very clean. A good place to roll out your sleeping bag. This branch is at Number 3 Road and Cook road, so there is easy access using transit.
