Staff are very friendly and I used to come here while traveling home, but a new RBC policy doesn't allow non-account holders to exchange foreign currency. I find that poor for a major bank. Nothing wrong with the staff, just the policy. (I used to have an RBC account but decided to reopen with another bank)

I called corporate office and got the requirements to business account at royal bank the day before I meet with Thomas Goodwin at this office. However when I sat down with Thomas and other staffs at this location today, their lack of knowledge wasted my time waiting there, wouldn't help me when I had the appointment, they also didn't forward procedure for the account opening and direct me to a different location.

Patrick was a pleasure to work with. He found us amazing rates, and made our mortgage experience easy and stress free!

Pretty quick getting people through thr line ups. It's holiday season and they are still in great moods even though people are stressed out this time of year.

Like most bank branches, the service is slow. Tellers are friendly and knowledgeable.

Craig went above and beyond to help us navigate our way through buying our first home. He was friendly, professional and extremely helpful. We would highly recommend using him as your mortgage broker!!

Still waiting on RBC to rectify online payment to Truro Water Utility, lost in their computer software snafu. No apology was forthcoming for funds withdrawn from my account but not received by Utility. Should expect a lot more from an establishment in the way of customer service. Mistakes are made...own up to them, make the appropriate apologies and timely corrections. This has taken far longer than it should. Very disappointed. UPDATE: REFUND NOW DEPOSITED TO MY ACCOUNT ON MARCH 20TH...FIRST DAY OF SPRING.......THANK YOU!
