Mortgage

Dereck has been a great help throughout the buying process and we appreciate everything he's done for us (first time home buyers).

My experience with Luis was a great one. He is very knowledgable and provided upfront and honest information regarding the purchase of real estate. Provided a very detail oriented approach in our meeting and I left with much more knowledge about the real estate market. Would recommend to anyone who has questions about the market or looking to get into the real estate market.

Kevin is amazing to work with. Professional and efficient.

Don and Frank were a great help. They have plenty of experience in the industry and provided insight into my mortgage. Greatly appreciate their time.

We've used Jon a couple times now and highly recommend him! He's knowledgeable and personable. He makes sure you understands everything. Can't find better.

Very Unprofessional!!! Broker did a credit check without permission and transferred my mortgage without permission. Cost me over $2000!! When I complained to him about it, he threatened me with legal action!!! I would NEVER recommend using him. Be very careful. I am considering further action.

I own and operate my own flooring company and have my tarion lieince. I was being miss lead by shading amature brokers in Toronto that wanted retaining money to see there deals. I was given go around for over month. Stirling Fisher told me in exact detail on what they were doing. I got 400000 thousand in one day. The crazy thing is I wasn't ready for him that's how fast the deal was done. I highly recommend his company. Theirs alot of part time brokers out their .that can legally and financially hurt you in bad deals. You need someone you can trust. And I've know stirling over 20 years. He's never let me down on a deal.

The worst parking situation in canada, very small lot, only able to pay by cash at exit!!! who was the imbecile that came up with the idea. On top of that with the gauging rates you would think they can upgrade the whole process!!! thanks for making it very difficult for everyone.

Best mortgage broker in Kitchener area. Highly recommend everybody. Best service. Highly satisfied!
