Mortgage

Great experience. Ryan was able to find the ideal mortgage for me with minimal time commitment on my part.

Helpful, friendly staff

Hello All, Please understand, This review is being written 30+ months after my dealing with Carol Vuu and her make shift company called Simplified Finacial Solutions. It it very obvious, that she has left an awful taste in our mouths. Carol was very quick to jump on our business, but fell very short in comunication. 15+ phone calls and voice messages, and 10+ emails, with no responses with-in a 2 week period. Once she finally desided to contact us via email(4-5 weeks later), she did so with promises of calling or emailing to answer questions and updates. This of course did not happen. We were left with only 1 week before our closing to scramble to find financing. She said she was shopping for the best rate, which turned out to be the worst rate. She also forced us into a 2nd mortgage, at a rate of 9.5% ABOVE prime, with Lending fees of $10,000.00 for a $45,000.00 Mortgage. We were contacted by the 2nd Mortgage lender 1 yr after, to which, he dropped the rate as well as told us we had already been screwed enough by Carol Vuu. and he felt sorry for us, having to deal with this Lady. Umm, HELLO, What lender would ever do that? It is very unfortunate that Carol Vuu is able to continue in business... Words of advice....STAY AWAY!!!

Friendly, efficient professionals. I have used their services twice now and am very satisfied.

I have been working at Centum Mavin Lending Ltd. for just over a year and I have had the best experience. Leslie is knowledgeable , kind, supportive and a wonderful teacher. Our clients are the best and so appreciative of our hard work.

great customer service

Very friendly and helpful staff

I just want to say that my wife Bev and I can't say enough goodness about how Rachael and her team help us through our financial hardship. We went to the bank we have done business with for 30 years and what we wanted to do was consolidate our outstanding debt but we where denied, coming out of the bank I got in my truck and soon as the radio came on Big FM I heard the ad for My Better Mortgage. I said to my wife lets see what they can do for us. My wife called and made a appointment with Racheal and Racheal took the time to walk us though the process. Racheal said it would be 48 hours to get a answer back to us and Racheal was right and true to her word. Bev and I now can breathe easier now because we have a better mortgage and we know we have the My Better Mortgage on our side. Thank You Racheal and your awesome team!!!!!!!!! Ken & Bev Elson

Darren was knowledgeable and made everything easy. Our bank got very comfortable with having us as a long time customer. Slow to respond to questions, would not offer competitive rates and only became concerned after we switched lenders.

As a first time home buyer Dustin and staff made the process easy and understandable. He secured an excellent rate and was a pleasure to deal with.

Although long overdue, my recommendation of Darick and his team is just as relevant today. I first contacted Darick back in 2012 with a mortgage question via text message, not expecting to hear back as quickly as I did. Not only was he immediately responsive, he was also ready to immediately assist. His expert guidance and friendly approach resulted in a favourable outcome that made me think “this is my guy from now on!” Fast forward to February 2015. My wife and I decided that we wanted to move to a quieter area of Barrie, preferably a property with more backyard space and other features that we wanted for the next phase of our lives. From the initial consultation right on through to move-in day, his expertise and reassurance throughout the entire process was really nothing short of spectacular. Great listings? Check. Great mortgage? Check. Every step of the way we were always well informed and worry-free. His personal touch and genuine interest in our lives was on full display, even following up with us on the health of our daughter who was undergoing a procedure during this time. We consider Darick to be not just a trusted advisor, but also a valued friend. We have had the occasional question not related to real estate that we know he would be knowledgeable in, and each and every time we’ve reached out he has been responsive and incredibly helpful. We hold Darick in the highest regard, and wholeheartedly endorse him and his team. He is the genuine article.

Finding a mortgage rate is not strictly about the lowest rate today. It's understanding your needs, timeline, cash flow, and future risk. Having Bruce, Kevin & the entire Anthem Mortgage Group on your side will help you find what's right for you. There is no one better. Thanks for the help guys!
