Mortgage

Minn is stellar. She was kind, diligent, personable. She definitely knows the science of the mortgage and I would use her again in an instant.

We have always had great service here. They have set appointments for us to make efficient use of our time.

I would like to highly recommend Andy.He is awesome hardworking, knowledgeable with true spirit of professionalism. He fights till the end the customer gets satisfied. He however takes a time and asks for too many documents but I think one should be patient to get the best rate. I wish him all the best in his profession

I chose benchmark mortgages primarily because of their online booking services and I’m so glad I did! It’s annoying and exhausting working with financial based services that are all still paper and in person based with bankers hours. Benchmark has great hours and will meet over the phone and communicate via email, text, and electronic documents. The process was a breeze, they were always willing to bear with our frequent and repetitive questions, and communication was always prompt. As I nice personal touch, when we finalized our mortgage they sent us a gift card to one of the best restaurants on our street. :). 10/10 would do again.

We got our first home/mortgage with Mia and she was very pleasant to deal with! I never had to contact her to get anything done, she beat me to everything. She is very knowledgable and professional and helped us find a mortgage that was just right for us. Great experience!

I don't think this bank is any good

After being with a competing bank for 8 years I made the switch to RBC though this location. They seem a lot more interested in helping their clients and have done a lot more for me in the month I have been with them then my previous bank has done in 8 years.

Like a bank...but with better service, nicer tellers and smaller lines....but you should have seen my smile when we got a share bonus in our account. Just for banking there and having our house mortgage (excellent rate too)..over $600 bucks You gotta ask yourself ..why am I making bankers rich...when I can get a piece of the pie

Great service and and excellent bank.

I have had the pleasure of working with Brandi Pierik as a mortgage broker for several years now. She is great with people and extremely competent in the mortgage/finance field. Her ability to communicate with clients in an educational and informative manner is her greatest asset. She can and will get you a mortgage and she will make sure you understand everything about making that decision. I highly recommend the experience.

Helpful staff. Free coffee.

Great customer service

I like this branch. Rarely a waiting line, and the tellers are friendly and helpful.
