Nicki is an amazing broker, but she's an even more amazing person. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a broker in Central Alberta who wants to work with a genuine, hard working, caring person who looks out for your best interests.

Nice friendly staff, exchanging money was easy.

This office knows real estate and how to get a SOLD sign on your lawn. Hundreds of transactions a year makes them experts!

Jodi has by far exceeded my expectations as a mortgage broker and I would highly recommend her to anyone requiring mortgage needs. Jodi is not only prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable, but super friendly and approachable. I am happy to be associated with her as a Real Estate Agent. Barb McIntyre

I highly recommend working with Danelle Poitra. Danelle's customer service is outstanding! Her compassion for her clients and experience in the industry was key to our success in acquiring a mortgage. As an investor, I have acquired several mortgages and the process of qualifying for a mortgage today is much more difficult. Danelle continued to maintain a positive perspective throughout the entire process and offered me encouragement and a variety of alternate solutions when necessary.

We were pleased with the services provided to us from Jessica Bartolf at mortgage Alliance, she made us feel like we were the only clients she was working for (undivided attention and timely service). She was professional, answered all our questions, was a text and phone call away, worked her but off for us to get us the desired results. When we were told no, she got us a yes. We thought for sure we would have lost our dream home, amongst everything else we had lost that wasn't planned for once we got hit with the new mortgage rules that applied Jan 2018, she got us an approval within 2 days. It felt like it was a miracle. We are so grateful for the services we received and would certainly highly recommend, that if anyone was looking for a mortgage to go directly to her. Now we can enjoy our dream home! Jessica you are a God send!

Very helpful knowledgeable and professional . They went above and beyond my expectations I will recommend to everyone. Thanks for everything Jodi and Lori .. best experience. .
