Salaam everyone, the process wasn't difficult, I would say easier than a conventional bank process, why? because i had to deal with one person thru emails, she was quick and sharp, she helped me get to the bottom of it and finalize my life's biggest transaction successfully. i would certainly encourage every one of the Canadian Muslim community, to use Mortgage 786, if they really want to avoid doing it the wrong way thru regular banks.

Very happy with the whole process, got my mortgage setup and got an excellent rate. Communication was very smooth and got any and all my questions answered quickly. Would highly recommend.

We had an amazing experience with Canwise Financial. Our mortgage was up for renewal and our bank had offered us 3.49% which was 0.5% higher than we had before. We weren't thrilled about it so we decided to shop rates. We found 2.89% fixed for 5 years with Canwise. We applied and were contacted by Cassia. She was wonderful. Walked us through every step, answered our questions promptly, most of the time within an hour or two of sending an email. We had applied early, so while we were waiting, she said "Wait, a company is offering 2.79% fixed for 5 years. I'm going to submit and see if we can secure the rate." She did and now, even though rates have gone up overall, ours has gone down. Thanks Cassia!

Long line ups sometimes. But they were really nice to me and were able to solve all of my financial problems.

I'm in the process of getting my second mortgage through first foundation and have been more than impressed with the level of service they have provided. I am not overly knowledgable in the world of finances and mortgages but Gord always goes above and beyond to answer my questions in a way that I can understand. Buying a house is always a bit of a stressfull experience but First Foundation has made the mortgage part of it as simple and hassle free as possible :)

Very helpful and responsive mortgage specialist, took care of all of our needs in a prompt manner and answered all of our questions while providing different options. I've dealt with these guys on 3 mortgages and would do it again. Highly recommended.
