Mortgage

If you are looking for a mortgage broker in Hamilton, Ray Green and his team are the hands down choice. I've worked with many brokers and lenders and he definitely is the hardest working broker looking out for your best interest at heart by getting you the lowest interest and searches for the best deal. Go to Ray first and avoid frustration if you are refinancing or looking for a mortgage broker.

Mark is a terrific guy. I went from being unsure if I could own property to being in my first condo within two months. Having no idea what you're doing while looking to buy property in Toronto can be a risky game, but Mark helped make the entire process clear as day. I look forward to working with him again on my next move.

I'm a Mohawk College student in the financial services program. I had some questions about mortgages and Charlie sat down with me and made sure all my questions were answered. He was extremely knowledgable and professional.

Jason is an experienced Mortgage Broker who will work tirelessly to get his client the best mortgage rate. He is extremely professional, informative, prompt, and patient; all these qualities alleviating so much stress during our home buying experience. My husband and I were confident that Jason would ensure the security of our finances; and sure enough, Jason attained the best mortgage rate, helped us keep our previous home as a rental, and eased a financially smooth transition to our new home. Thank you Jay for your service! 👍😁

I am 76 years old and was cash strapped with only my government pension. My husband passed away 10 years ago and we were still left with a mortgage on the property. I was having so much anxiety because I thought I would need to sell our house and move to a long term care home. This was causing me to have panic attacks. I was lucky enough to find Felicia Matchett and she was a life saver. Felicia explained the benefits of a reverse mortgage to me and was so helpful, honest and truthful at guiding me through the whole process. She was able to get me in a very comfortable position and now I don't have to worry about having to sell my home. I would strongly recommend any seniors or anyone trying to help their parents stay in their home contact Felicia for help. Thank you for taking the worry out of the process.

Kevin is truly the best! He’s helped us numerous times and every time he makes it so easy! He knows the ins and outs of every little detail which is why we always put our full trust and confidence in him. No matter what, he always has our best interest at heart. Thanks Kevin!

Recently bought my first home and I didn't know the first thing about mortgages and lending. Miguel was extremely helpful and guided me along each and every step of the way, even when my situation got complicated. He was always available (and still is!) whenever I had/have a question. I couldn't believe the rate he was able to get me! I can't wait to work again with Miguel in the future.
