Mortgage

Rob Floris is awesome to work with. He has helped us so much. I can't say enough. Professional, friendly, helpful, truthful and trustworthy.

owed me over 100k for over 6 months They extended the investment period without permission and blamed their lawyer. They promised to repay me and said it should only take a few weeks as they look for another investor, which seems absurd for a multimillion-dollar company as this was there mistake and an unlawful one at that. Are they lacking $100,000, or just stringing me along? Not sure but they use the same line every time I call. They recently called, claiming to provide a solution by early this week, but once again, no updates. Based on other reviews, this may be a delay tactic? This call came the day after I posted this. They asked me if I would remove my posts warning others, claiming it hinders their search for investors. I hope this is not the real reason they called… just to try to get me to remove my post? I reminded them that they’ve made several promises (suggestions) of soon-to-come payments for the last six months. This company used to be amazing? Tough times out there… buyer/lender beware, I guess.

I've been working with Ken Lindsey and his team of mortgage brokers in Hamilton since 2012. Over the years they have help my secure mortgages and refinance deal on my rental properties. They have help me secure over 10 new mortgages and have been an absolute pleasure to deal with. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Ken Lindsey to a friend or family member looking for a mortgage broker in Hamilton.

My favourite bank. Convenient location

Harpreet is very friendly, helpful, and answered all my questions in regards to seeing what kind of mortgage I am able to get on my own. He explained how I am able to save more money to achieve this dream and offered his assistance whenever it is needed.

I had a bad experience last year at this branch with a teller who stole $ 100 from my deposit but today, FINALLY I got an amazing service from a teller caller Eric Woelfl. Thank you Eric for your help and pacience to showing us how to link our accounts.

Bob Widdicombe told me that everything was fine, and to waive my financing conditions. Unfortunately everything was NOT FINE, and i had to get a second mortgage at 14.5% to make up for his mistake. Do not reccomend using this company!!!!
