My experience with the Symington team started about two years ago when my husband and I were buying our first home. Our situation was more complex than most. We met with Dawn and found out that we could not get a mortgage at that time because of some requirements that we couldn't meet. After speaking with the agent he told us that we could possibly do a land contract for a few years until we could get the home put in our name.
