Mortgage

Great service!!!

What a great branch. I came from lakeshore and Bathurst branch where the staff were miserable. These guys are so nice and fun. They really know what they are talking about as well.

I have gone to David three times for advice and have all three times been extremely happy with the results. David along with the entire Team of professionals at The Mortgage Center enthusiastic about what they do. What has surprised me most is that each interaction was distinctly unique and the guidance provided each time was appropriate for my point in time and future personal life needs.

Talk about a Win – Win Story…!! Thrilled to have made contact with Mauro my mortgage broker…our client was over budget on his renovation for their basement and Mauro stepped in to assist. He was able to refinance my client and extract the equity in their home to complete their renovation project on time and on budget. Domilya Group was able to provide our client with the basement renovation of their dreams and our client got a great rate with Mauro !.. Thank you Mauro…

Mike has done 2 mortgages for me so far and he's been incredible both times. He is very knowledgeable and helped me maneuver through all the complexities, all the while keeping my stress levels in check. He helped me through difficult decisions, especially as a first-time buyer, was very responsive through tight timelines and overall just a pleasure to work with. I can say without hesitation that he would be one of the most professional and honest agents you could find who will genuinely work hard for you!

Just renewed mortgage through J.Moneta. Haider was the broker for us. He provided us outstanding service and guided us through the renewal. Best of all he got us a very good rate. We are first-time home buyer. So it is our first renewal. We had doubt. Banks tend to throw surprises at you. Haider was there every step of the way, answering our questions and sorting things out for us. We definitely recommend J.Moneta. And to get good service, just ask for Haider.

I have dealt with Tom for years, he is a great guy and will save you a ton of cash.

Sarah was referred to us by our realtor we couldn’t be happier. She was incredibly knowledgeable and helped me a lot while re-locating back to Ontario. I would recommend Sarah to all of our friends. Thanks for all of your hard work and patience during this stressful process.

Retired Medical Laboratory Technologist Maurice is God-sent to us. We learned of him from our good friend and sister-in-Christ Linda S. Our daughter and her husband needed a mortgage for their first home. Hence their funds is not even close to ideal, their case was very difficult and complicated, BUT MAURICE MADE IT POSSIBLE for their dreams to be achievable. He worked all his “magic” to help them. He exhausted his resources in order to make their experience smoother despite many ups and downs. He cared. He even helped with the emotional and spiritual aspects which eased up the anxieties that came with the process. Way to go Maurice! Keep up the good work! God bless and we thank you from the bottom of our hearts FOR making my daughter’s and son-in-law’s family’s dream possible.

Terrible! but this is an understatement. The tellers have no courtesy / manners & do not even know the process the bank has to follow. One teller cashes your cheque, while the other requires a letter They have to all be consistent with their policies and not change for people they know versus people they don't!

Enzo has been a great help in purchasing our first home! He's not only a mortgage broker but also a great adviser to us! He helped and guided us in every step of the way. We are so grateful beyond measure. Highly recommend!
