The tellers are nice. Lines at times but can't really expect much from a small branch like this. Downside is if you work 9-5 Monday to Wednesdays. Don't bother going to this location.

Put me on hold for almost half an hour and then told me they didn't have my credit card which I ordered to their branch about a week prior and confirmed that it was sent there from their main customer support line. Very poor customer service. Avoid this RBC and go to the other locations nearby.

Neither friendly nor pleasant. Six staff doing the work of two. Tellers don't have answers to basic questions, and when referred to three staff on desks, none seemed interested in acknowledging much less helping. First guy was "mortgage" and had no answers nor clue where to go for answers. Second, Helen Beaman, appeared too busy on personal phone call to care much. Third person was actually working with customers. Keep her. There's too many banks on the Island to have a branch like this with such poor service.

Unhelpful staff; wanted to know docs to bring when applying for high end credit card. Assigned staffer not available. Default rep had no idea of docs required. Completely clueless. Very frustrating.
