I have been an RBC customer for 35 years. Everyone at this branch is very helpful and friendly.

Always find excuse to deal wiring transfer if u don't want do that service just put a sign at the front door don't waste my time

I deposited my paycheck at the bank on March 15 at the branch on King st in St Catharine's ON. The bank put my paycheck on hold for no apparent reason. I have gotten pays from this employer before. From March 15 to today March 19 I Have been trying to get this resolved. I have called the call centre they said to call the branch. So I did. I spoke to Valerie at the branch. She transferred me to a managers voicemail. I've left voicemail for Tim Conway the manager. I have gotten no help or resolution with this issue. Thanks to this bank I can't buy groceries or do laundry cause they have my money on hold.

The worst RBC branch I've ever used. They are slow and not helpful.

I went to this bank on Oct 11, 2017 Wednesday, at 5:30 pm -7:30 pm because 50 Centennial College students participated "Interview info session". Especially, Staff gave us warm welcomed and staff are so kind. They are encouraged and answer our question. Now, I started to apply customer service position. I spoke to Rasiklal and he did not want to help me at all. I needed to renew my mortgage and he refused to listen to anything I had to say. I've been with RBC for over a decade and I had to renew my mortgage so I was assuming they'd want to keep my business. All I was asking for was to match the rate I was offered from another bank. I made an appointment first thing in the morning with Rasik and showed him the comparable rate, but he said he couldn't do that for me and offered me a horrible rate, which is shocking since I have a really good credit rating. I was easily willing to switch banks, but he didn't seem to be bothered. I had to pretty much twist his arm for him to even ask his manager if they could match the mortgage rate I was being offered from another major bank. He said he'd get back to me in 3 days, but on the 4th day I had to email him asking if my rate had been approved. Shockingly I received a reply saying he didn't get a chance to ask his manager yet, but he did ask when he saw my email and he said that the manager declined my request. In the end I went to a different branch and secured a better rate I was originally asking for. I just wish I went to a different branch in the first place. I found Rasiklal to be very unprofessional and unwilling to help. Please go to a different branch when dealing with mortgages.

Terrible branch; slow service, RACIST staff. Sakali Pundais everywhere, led by Captain Sakali himself Jason Gould. 1 star is an overstatement. Hold nuts
