Love it

Charged me a $7 fee to cash a check which one of their customers wrote me. I'll write a bad review even time they do this. If we all start doing this these fees will go away.

A good regional bank

Working with Whitney and her team was a pleasure. She was responsive, highly competent, and attentive. As first time home buyers, we were nervous about the process, and they put us at ease. A great experience overall!

I enjoy this bank, the ATM is down for repair 1/10 times I am there, but the tellers are very nice and PNC App is really good

What a horrible, horrible, place to get a mortgage from. Please, please, think very very hard before you apply for one with this company. They are extremely , extremely, slow! They ask for things the last minute that should have been asked for when you apply for a loan. They promise you times that they never once ever met. They were actually cruel in the way we were treated and how our loan was managed. I have bought 9 houses in my lifetime and never ever - never once - was I treated so poorly - promised so much! My nerves have been rattled after two months of pursuing two mortgages. We finally had to make a decision to restart with another company. I doubt they have much experience in mortgage loans. Please, I can save you lots of aggravation and wasted time by recommending you find another lender.

I want to mention Donna Rose for being the most helpful branch manager I have ever met. She has gone above and beyond helping me get all the checks and wire transfers together so I can buy my first home. She is extremely friendly and it is apparent that takes her job and her clients seriously. This is why I love BB&T so much!
