Slow, unorganized and rude!

I have worked with Lee Hardin at Good Mortgage for both of my home loans. He is quick to respond and is very helpful through what can be a stressful process. Lee even replied to me when needed after hours and on weekends due to closing changes. I highly recommend Lee; I have referred friends and family to him knowing they are in the best hands.

Charged me a $7 fee to cash a check written by one of their own customers.

Christopher Taylor - North Carolina Branch Hello, I was supposed to close on a house on 12/21/2017. I went to the attorneys office to close, and was told by Chris Taylor, come back @ 2. We have some paperwork to finish up. At 2, I was told 4. At 4, I was told to wait for a call the following day, and that we would still be closing, but they ran into some issues with the PMI company. After taking 2 days off of work, without pay, to close on my house, I was informed that they "just found out" the PMI company could not insure that much acreage. So now I am starting from scratch with another company. After waiting for a response from Chris for almost 4 weeks, I'm told that there's nothing he can do, no type of refund for any of the fees that have been incurred etc. this is absolutely unacceptable and I will NEVER recommend this company to anyone, again. I was told if I choose to refinance with them, or purchase a different house, they would pay for the appraisal and contribute towards closing fees. I will never use this company, so I feel as if this company should cover the cost of the appraisal that I have now had to pay for TWICE. But Chris informed me, that no, they can't do that and to have a nice day. This place is a joke.

Outdated equipment, usually understaffed, moving my banking elsewhere

I am a huge fan of PNC bank but this is the second time I have had a terrible experience at the drive thru teller. Very difficult lady and poor customer service. If you want friendly helpful people visit the Carmel Rd location

I am not an account holder at this branch but have cashed a check from an account holder several times in the drive thru at this branch. I went through the drive thru with my driver's license and was informed by Deritta White that I need to come I side since I don't have an account. So I went and parked waited in that line and got Deritta White inside the branch. Gave her the same identification and this time she gives it back and states that I need two forms of IDENTIFICATION. I'm steaming at this point. As I attempt to ask her why she didn't tell me that in the drive thru she walks off. I went back to my car and got another ID and then ask her why she didn't tell me that in the drive thru. She states well I didn't and you need two ID's. Well it went down hill from there with me slinging my 2nd ID thru the glass and her saying that she would not be able to help me. I will inform your account holder of the this and I will take her small check to my bank from now on. Smh

Great staff, always very attentive and pleasant to work with.
