I don't rent from these people, but their service is horrible. I called because they have been working on a house next door to me, now I'm usually not the one to complain however, those that they have working on the house have cleaned it out but used my trash that I pay for to dispose of their trash. I tried to be civil and call them to inform them of this matter. Now some lady answers the phone, who clearly doesn't like her job cause she just sets appointments. I explain to her my situation, and she hangs up on me. That is not customer service. I will be calling the office when they open to discuss the same issue. I wouldn't recommend anyone using this service if their employees can't give customer service.

Worse company ever! It's been 3 weeks since we submit all our paperwork and no response from Mrs. Williams. Not even a text or phone call saying that it still in process. Very disappointed. Don't waste your time.

Fantastic customer service from the moment I arrived. Clean and welcoming environment. Was in and out, no time wasted.
