Mortgage

This company employs Kathy Sullivan as a mortgage broker. She has used her back ground in the mortgage industry to find and buy property at foreclosure auctions. On one particular property she somehow managed to be the only bidder at a foreclosure auction and paid $6500 for a 250k property owned by a mentally ill female. Kathy doesn't care though and has forced this issue to court. In my opinion Alaska USA Mortgage should be avoided as long as they employ people with greed as the only motivation in life. Kathy. I hope when we are done you get to experience living in the street just like my sister is now!

Dont want to go into it but was not a good experience for me

They have a horrible calling feature spending wasted minutes listening to call prompts rather than addressing consumer needs. I am considering leaving this source due to failure to protect consumer rights by demanding copies of cancelled checks when they refuse to send cancelled check to consumer.
