My Husband went in to cash a check and he had to wait for the employees to quit standing around to get servive with a broken kmee and leg. They don't care about their customers, especially the handicapped!

Love this bank and the employees at this branch. All are friendly, helpful and very professional.

Absolutely a wonderful experience beginning with James Anderson, very knowledgeable, moving next to Hunter Ellis who was also extremely professional and knowledgeable and ending with Blamoh Nagbe. Through the entire process I only dealt with 3 people, all of whom knew their job well and this process pushed through so smooth and closed on time with no surprises. Thankyou to all

To the Management of Sun Trust and to the General Public, I have had many banking institutions in my life in the United States and in the United States Virgin Islands. Large branches and small branches. Never have I had the unique and professionally supreme service that I have had at the Ward's Corner Branch of Sun Trust Bank in Norfolk, Virginia. The administrator (manager) of that branch, Sobedia Henriquez Nelms is the most educated, and savvy manager that I have ever known. I was formerly married to a bank officer of Maryland National Bank in Annapolis, Maryland. I know the exactness and extremely regulated procedures that a branch manager should have in performing their duties to their employer and the fiduciary trust that is to be established with customers of all levels of worth, station in life , national origin, and temperament. Ms. Nelms is nonpareil in accomplishing all of those metrics of professionalism and the spirit of community pride.
